42 Options & Accessories Line Pressure Boost System for 2nd Generation Machines with Wired Hand Controller Synesso has developed a system that interfaces with the 2 nd generation control board to operate an auxiliary pump and motor whenever line pressure is required. This allows the machine to be used in situations of very low line pressure, or where no line pressure is available. Ideally, the system will be installed when the machine is built, but it can be installed at a later time. NOTE: Due to the low pressure generated by this system, some brewing pressure drop can occur when water fills the steam tank, leaves the hot water tap, or is used by another group. The brew pressure can lose up to 20psi if multiple actions occur simultaneously. Increase the boost pump pressure to 80psi and install a line pressure regulator to eliminate this pressure drop. Synesso recommends installing a pressure regulator when using this system in any industrial application. Synesso is now including the Pressure Regulator with the Line Pressure System.
