There is an updated version because the large bore valves (such as C2V the rotor material has been changed to the material E3). The PNs C2V-300D-CTC and C2-30R are affected by this change. Those two PNs are obsolete and exchanged by C2V-30D-CTC (for the valve) and C72-3R (for the rotor seal). The material change is indicated by the second digit in the valve PN (see red color in the PN above). There will be no change regarding chemical resistance / compatibility, pressure and flow rate. The new rotors with the material E3 have a longer lifetime. There will also be no change regarding pricing. You will find the affected valves marked in red and the correct replacement PN in the list below. The change will become effective iediately however, valves currently in stock will still be shipped until stock runs out. Thereafter orders for the old PNs will be automatically converted to the new part number. Please update your ERP with the new PNs in order to prevent additiol administrative work. This document replaces the Service Notes # 02/2005, 01/2007, 09/20 and 02/2012.
