Series 2720 Rubber Crush Resistant Hose A state-of-the-art sanitary hose designed to handle a wide variety of products and application requirements (Meets 3-A standards, USDA requirements and FDA compliant). The specially compounded Chlorobutyl tube is engineered to handle high temperatures, will not impart taste or odor and is highly resistant to common P solutions. The Polyester Monofilament Helix provides kink resistance and vacuum resistance. Manufactured on polished chome mandrels, its mirror finish tube resists bacteria growth, while providing excellent flow rates. Ideal for transfer of beer, wine, and many other sanitary porducts. Series 2730/2735 Brewers/Winery Hose Specially designed for the transfer of non-oily, liquid products such as beer, wine, milk, etc. Constructed with multiple fabric plies, the 2735 is extremely cursh and abuse resitant. Acceptable to USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. steel braided ptfe hose Series TSVO Open Pitch Convoluted PTFE Hose This hose has an internal profile that supports high flow rates and the helical design aids in self draining. The fluoropolymer core is inert and offers long flexural life, low permaeability and the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. The core is seamless, heavy-wall extruded white or black-conductive PTFE tubing and is contained by a stainless steel braid. Series TSC Smooth-Bore PTFE Hose Style TSC combines a smoothbore PTFE inner core with a 300 series stainless steel overbraid. A high perssure rated assembly is complete by attaching special swage type fittings made in a variety of styles. Smooth-bore, medium pressure PTFE hose is utilized in many applications, including pharmaceutical, high-pressure gas, food procesing, bio-tech, chemical transfer, and process water. 5 5 hose fittings Series 2300 Split Flange Coupling (for Slurry-Flex hose) Designed to fit Slurry-Flex hose and is adaptable to other similar types of hose corrugations. Split flange halves are bolted together, matching internal grooves on the split flange to the corrugations of the hose. Utilizing this system provides a positive field installation with no metal coming in contact with the slurry and ensures a full, unrestricted flow. Each split flange includes two Rubber flange gaskets, bolts, and nuts are included. Each split flange kit will outfit one end of a hose. Series 27 Radial Crimp Style Our stainless steel radial crimp style couplings provide a 360 degree external crimp that eliminates the possibility of leakage or bacterial build-up. Radial crimping does not deform the interior of the smooth stainless steel fitting, maintaining the purity, and integrity of the coupling. Series HD Hose Supports Unisource Style HD hose support is designed to keep our Series 2710 and 2720 hoses off the ground, allowing the hoses to remain clean, reduce wear and tear on the cover and prevent damage to the end connections. Unisource Style HD hose supports are made of UHMW (Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene). Series 2107 Yellow Heavy-Duty Multipurpose Series 2107 has a specially formulated yellow cover to provide extended abrasion life. Series 2160 Fabric Air A light and flexible, yet sufficiently rugged hose, to withstand the abuse and hard servicefound in mining and construction. It has excellent resistance to abrasion, gouging and weathering. Series 2165 Rock Drill A heavy duty air hose designed for rough industrial applications as well as severe service in mines, quarries, and construction jobs. 7 Series 2190 Paint Srpay 7 General purpose and spray finishing air hose for finishing, industrial, construction, and agricultural applications. Special dimension to accommodate reusable fittings (Bink style). Series 2192 Multipurpose Economical and versatile general purpose hose. Excellent for air and water service as well as many agricultural chemicals including Lasso herbicide. EPDM tube and cover resists heat, sunlight, ozone and weathering. Series 2194 Premium Multipurpose A premium high quality, economical, multi-purpose hose that is oil resistant, excellent for air and water service and many chemicals. The non-conductive construction has a minimum one megohm resistance per inch at 1000 volts DC. Series 2194 hose exceeds RMA Class A high oil resistance requirements. Series 2196 Yellow Multipurpose Economical and versatile general purpose hose. Excellent for air and water service as well as many agricultural chemicals including Lasso herbicide. EPDM tube and cover resists heat, sunlight, ozone and weathering. This hose exceeds RMA Class C medium oil resistance requirements. 8 8 Chemical Series 2410 UHMW Chemical The clear Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene tube will handle 98% of the most common chemicals without leaching and contaminating the product being conveyed. Refer to the chemical guide to determine compatibility with chemicals and applications. Series 2425 X-Link Chemical Cross-link chemical hose solves most chemical handling problems. The tube compound is resistant to 90% of chemicals, solvents, and petroleum products used in the industry. The heavy wall resists kinking and crushing for extra safety. 10 10 Series 2740 Bulk Material Designed for in-plant and bulk transfer of flour, cake mixes and other abrasive foodstuff. Series 2740 has a 3/16, white NR tube to resist abrasion and the dual anti-static wires can be electrically grounded to dissipate static charges. Series 2745 Bulk Material Used in tank truck and in-plant service to convey dry, non-oily abrasive materials such as sand, limestone, plastic pellets, etc. This hose is also designed to handle dry abrasive food products such as sugar, corn, etc. Recommended for conditions where extra lightweight, high flexibility and extreme bending is required under pressure, gravity flow or suction service. Not recommended for those materials where static electricity buildup is a problem. Series 1800 Material Handling Material Handling For DRY pneumatic conveying of solids where heavy-duty abrasive conditions are present. Special formulated HMV PVC compound provides sub-zero flexibility and the exposed PVC helix allows for excellent abrasion resistance and easy drag. The smooth polyurethane lining eliminates material build up, and is formulated with static dissipating compounds. Series 2305 Gunite Hose For conveying dry cement and sand, under pressure, to be mixed with water at the gun nozzle. Recommended for all types of gunning applications. Series 2310 SandBlast Specially compounded tube is formulated to extend service life in sandblasting service. Flexible and kink resistant to reduce operator fatigue. The tube and cover are both static dissipating and the cover is resistant to abrasion and weather. 11 Series 2318 Concrete & Plaster 11 Designed for use in the pumping of concrete, plaster, grout, and shotcrete. Specially compounded tube is highly resistant to abrasive materials. The heavy wall resists kinking and the tube/cover is static dissipating. For use as a flexible connection between pumping equipment and hard piping. Meets or exceeds CPMA Series 2325 Concrete & Plaster (Wire Reinforced) For handling wet concrete with high head pressures at the critical flex areas of a concrete boom truck and as a discharge hose on the delivery end of high pressure concrete pumps. Meets or exceeds CPMA Series 2340 Dry Cement Recommended for use on bulk transport trucks in discharge service. Abrasion resistant tube handles dry cement, lime, silica, and other abrasive materials. Static dissipating tube and cover. Series 2346 Bulk Material Designed for wet or dry abrasive product transfer service. The highly abrasion resistant tube is also static-conductive, eliminating the need for a static wire. Used to convey nonoily abrasive materials such as sand, limestone, and plastic pellets. Series 2348 Bulk Mateial Designed to convey non-oily abrasive materials such as sand, limestone, plastic pellets and dry abrasive food products. Do not use where static electricity is a problem. Series 2350 Slurry Flex Slurry-Flex material handling/slurry hose is an extremely durable and versatile hose system designed for mining mill slurry and other similar applications. The Slurry-Flex system combines a highly abrasion resistant, corrugated hose along with special externally installed split flanges (see Series 2300 Split Flanges) that are designed to exactly fit over the hose corrugations. Utilizing this system provides a positive field installation with no metal coming in contact with the slurry and ensures a full, unrestricted flow. Downtime can be cut dramatically because hose can be stocked at the jobsite, cut to length and coupled immediately. (530)

Series 1500 PVC Suction Heavy-duty PVC suction hose for use in construction dewatering, liquid waste, cesspool cleaning, septic handling, agricultural applications, and marine use. Series 2612 Rubber Suction / Discharge This water suction hose is designed to handle a wide range of applications in industry, construction, and agriculture. The tough, flexible EPDM rubber construction will resist abrasion, weathering and the effects of agricultural herbicides and other mild chemicals. Series 2634 Heavy Duty Water Discharge Recommended for severe water discharge service in heavy-duty industrial applications. Series 2635 Premium Water Discharge Series 2635 is a lay-flat, medium-duty water discharge and washdown hose that combines the lightweight, compact features of PVC with the durability and abrasion resistance of conventional construction. This hose features a unique one piece, through-the-weave construction, and attains its working pressure from a synthetic woven textile. Will not mildew or rot, and requires no drying time. Its excellent durability is derived from a hightensile rubber compound, which completely encases the jacket.
