2 I. Features Great resolution for automatic natural ventilation or smoke ventilation. 800N, maximum pressure force is 800N ( 80kgs/ 180lbs), could install on above 90% types of windows. Build in limit switch, make all actuators work in the exactly same length and speed. Precision-machined gear increase the strength and durability. 100% aluminum alloy. IP54 rated, good weather resistance for outdoor use. Great water resistant and against dust. Prolong the life of products. (IP66 is optional) Easily adjusting and installing, it's easy to adjust the opening range of your window with our handle. It takes only 10 seconds to open to 90 degrees. Can be synchronized with variety sensors, such as temperature, rain, humidity, smoke sensors, etc. Inline design, compact size and elegant design. Helping you to improve the ventilation of your building, such as commercial building, greenhouse, educational building, household, gym, restaurant, factory/ warehouse, healthcare center, etc. Notifications: 1. 6 ii. Assembly steps Illustration Steps Step 1 Assemble B (Handle) to the rear part of A (Actuator), no fasten the screws yet. Note: B (Handle) is not mandatory for using. You can fix rear part of actuator directly to the attachment. Step 2 Screw (D5 screw) D (Frame attachment) to the proper position on window frame. Note: We choose Awning window as the example. 6 9

7 Step 3 Screw (D5 screw) C (Attachment on sash) to the proper position. Normally, we fix it at the front part of sash. Step Assemble B (Handle) to the D (Frame attachment); 4-2 Fix the Inner tube to C (Attachment on sash); 4-3 Use C ring to fix them. Step Install E (Control box) and F (Manual switch) to the predetermined position; 5-2 Please refer to the left photos. Plug in the Copper wire by following the color stickers. 5-3 If you want to pull out the copper wires, you can insert flathead screwdriver into the upper socket. You can pull out the wires when you hear a click sound. 5-4 Plug in the AC cable. 7 9

8 Ps. We attach 2-cord solid wire to show the connection. You can use your own cord cable to replace it. We recommend using Solid copper wire cable. Step Press Open button to extend the actuator; 6-2 Fasten the screws on the B (Handle) while the actuator reaches its upper limit and stop moving. 8 9

9 VIII. Attentions Make sure the window sash moves smoothly in advance. Make sure the main power is close before the installation. The workers must comply with all the safety regulations before the installation. Control box is built-in Over-current protection program. It will cut the current automatically when unusual high current is detected to protect the PC Board. Maximum window opening angle is 90 degrees. The window opener shall be installed by professional trainers. Do not put your hands between window frame and sash when the window opener is working. Regular inspection must be done every year.
