4 M.C.A. Valve The T107 MCA Valve is used with the T440 Casing Packer to cement liner strings into the well bore or open hole. The casing packer is set in compression allowing the MCA Valve to shear at a pre-determined value, opening the cementing ports. The cementing ports are closed by straight pick up on the casing string. Available in premium thread connection on request. Available with premium metallurgies for sour service. No rotation required. 5 H Tension Packer The T405 H Tension Packer was designed for use in old scaly casing or open hole applications. The T405 H Packers unique design features make it the packer of choice when producing or injecting in old pipe or open hole applications. The standard packer comes with deep wide wicker slips that allow penetration into scaly casing or open hole formations. The T405 H Packer has three releasing methods built in the design, virtually eliminating retrieval problems. 6 SL Tension Packer The T412 SL Tension Packer is a dependable hook wall packer used for water injection and production. The open J-slot and large stainless steel drag springs make the T412 SL ideal for setting in heavily corroded casing. The T412 SL has a right hand rotational safety release built into the top sub. 7 GV-5 Gas Vent Packer The T421 GV-5 Gas Vent Packer System was developed to isolate casing leaks in pumping or injection wells. The GV-5 system can be used on pumping wells with the installation of a tubing anchor catcher used below the packers or with a lower tension packer on injection wells to allow for integrity pressure tests down to the lower packer. The system was designed as an inexpensive alternative to squeeze cementing. The packer style venting system allows for a positive seal against the casing wall where cup style systems fail to perform. 8 C-1 Tandem Tension Packer The T436 C-1 Tandem Tension Packer is an economical, compact isolation packer. It can be used to isolate casing holes or perforations as well as for multi-zone completions. It is used as the upper packer or packers with a tension packer such as the ASI-X or SL Shear Packer used as the lower packer. The C-1 packer may be run with or without the shear screws. If the packer is run with the shear screws in place, set down weight is required to shear the screws before the packer is moved into the set position. Full bore design. 9 S-1 Tandem Tension Packer The T437 S-1 Tandem Packer is used as an isolation packer in multiple zone completions. Setting: Unjayed position: Apply tension shearing the brass shear screw energizing the packing element. Jayed position: Set down weight shearing the brass shear screws, the rotate 1/8 right hand turn at packer and pull tension to energize the packing element. Releasing: Set down weight to remove applied tension and engage the unloader to Equalize pressures, then rotate 1/8 left hand turn at the packer to re-engage into running jay position. The T440 Casing Packer is a versatile tool used for injection, producing & cementing in liner strings. 11 WS Hanger Packer The T441 WS Hanger Packer is a compression set liner hanger packer for use in open hole or casing. The T441 WS Hanger uses deep wide wicker slips that penetrate in scaly casing and open hole formations. The WS Hanger cone is shear pinned to eliminate premature setting of the packing element while running, once the slips engage the cone the brass shear screws break energizing the packing element. The T441 WS Hanger Packer is run in using the WS Running Tool. The running tool comes with a two foot stroke allowing rotation at the hanger without picking up on the casing string, this allows the right hand break thread to rotate free and disconnect without damage.. 12 V.I.P Gas Vent Packer System The T442 V.I.P. Packer is used in conjunction with the TEAM full bore T440 Casing Packer. Together these tools create a unique packer system that are used to isolate bad areas of casing while allowing gas to vent from below. The V.I.P. 14 M-2 Shear Tension Packer The T456 M-2 SHEAR TENSION PACKER is used for water injection testing and, pumping wells. The M-2 design uses an external J-slot unlike most drag block tension packers that use internal J-slots. The external J-slot is extremely durable and will accept torque without damage, it also allows for increased cross- section of the mandrel for optimum wear. The top and bottom connections of the M-2 Packers are interchangeable which allows the packer to convert to compression set tool while maintaining a rotational safety release system. The shear release mechanism use slotted brass screws that remain visible and are easily adjusted in the field. 15 ASI-X ion Packer The T600 ASI-X ion Packer is a high pressure double grip tubing retrievable packer. It is normally set and retrieved using a ¼ turn to the right but it can be modified to be run on electric wireline if preferred. It is designed to be run with the standard T-2 On-Off Tool disconnect as the seal assembly and retrieving tool. This configuration uses less equipment and trips than a conventional wireline set seal bore packer and allows it to be used in a variety of applications from production packer to retrievable bridge plug. The release mechanism incorporates an internal by-pass which opens to equalize pressure before the upper slips are released from the casing wall by means of a sequential release system. The packer can be set in tension or compression depending on the application. It can be modified to be run on electric wireline using standard setting tools. It can also be supplied in a shear release configuration if needed. Standard setting and releasing methods incorporate a ¼ turn to the right at the tool. The internal by-pass equalizes pressure across the packer to reduce any tendency to swabbing. Use of the T-2 disconnect feature eliminates the need for expensive seal assemblies. 18 ASI-X HP ion Packer The T603 ASI-X HP ion Packer is a high pressure double grip tubing retrievable packer that holds pressure from above and below. The HP version of this ASI-X packer is capable of being set in tnesion or compression, once set the tubing string can be left in tension, compression or neutral. It is normally set and retrieved using a ¼ turn to the right. It is designed to be run with the standard T-2 On-Off Tool disconnect as the seal assembly and retrieving tool. The release mechanism incorporates an internal by-pass which opens to equalize pressure before the upper slips are released from the casing wall by means of a sequential release system. The packer can be set in tension, compression or neutral depending on the application. Standard setting and releasing methods incorporate a ¼ turn to the right at the tool. The internal by-pass equalizes pressure across the packer to reduce any tendency to swabbing. Use of the T-2 disconnect feature eliminates the need for expensive seal assemblies. 19 Patriot Packer The T607 Patriot Packer is a mechanically set retrievable production packer used in many applications, particularly in injection wells. It is a double grip packer utilizing a special upper slip releasing system which reduces the forces required to release. Once set it is mechanically locked and can hold substantial pressures from above or below. Set with a ¼ turn to the right the Patriot can be set shallow with tension or deeper with compression and once set it can remain in neutral making it ideal for applications where pressure reversals are anticipated. It can also be set on wireline if required, with an On/Off Tool, for greater versatility. Holds pressure differentials from above and below. Set and released by a ¼ turn to the right followed by compression or tension as required. Can be run with an On/Off Tool with suitable tubing release mechanism. 20 ASII Compression Packer The T611 ASII Double Grip Retrievable Packer is used for production, stimulation and testing. The mechanical upper hold down system reduces the cost and maintenance of a button type hydraulic hold down system. The ASII Packer is equipped with a running bypass that reduces swabbing. 22 AS-6 Anchor Packer The T629 AS-6 Anchor Packer is a single grip compression packer designed for use as the bottom packer in a zonal isolation completion. It is typically used in conjunction with a T-628 AS-5 anchor packer to provide a two packer system which can be set by compression. This combination in conjunction with a T-2 On/Off Tool allows for zonal isolation while providing the facility to retrieve the tubing if required without disturbing the packers. It is set by applying a quarter turn at the packer and setting down weight and is released by straight pick up. It has an extended seal area which allows tubing movement and/or pressure changes between the packers. 24 SnapSet II Compression Isolation Packer The T636 SnapSet II is a compression set single string isolation packer. The SnapSet II is used where high-differential pressures above the packer are not expected. It is typically run in a zonal isolation completion, in tandem with a lower anchor packer, such as the T600 ASI-X allowing compression setting. It is equipped with a collet which shifts at a predetermined compression value to prevent premature setting during run in. Once the collet shifts the packing elements are engaged and the hold down slips are activated and set. It is released by straight pick up on the tubing, opening the by-pass and releasing the upper slips. The hold down system incorporates a compensating piston. It is equally suitable for single completions or in wells where multiple packers are required, because the pressure balance system is zone activated thus offsetting pressure differentials across the packer. 27 HS-4 Isolation Packer The TEAM T654 HS-4 Isolation Packer is a hydraulic set, single string tandem packer used in multiple zone well completions. It can be used as the upper packer in a dual zone applications or I multiple quantities when more than two zones are to be completed. The HS-4 is set by applying hydraulic pressure to the tubing against a temporary plug located below to shear the setting screws and pack off the elements. 28 HSR-4 Hydraulic ion Packer The T658 HSR-4 is a hydraulic set retrievable production packer suitable for use in high pressure well completions. It is very compact and highly suitable for use in deviated wells. It features a bi-directional slip which holds pressure from above and below. The lock ring holds the packing elements in the full set position and is unaffected by pressure reversals. The packer does not have an internal by-pass to allow equalization when releasing. It is recommended to utilize an On/Off Tool or sliding sleeve above the packer to aid equalization. Hydraulic set by pressure against a down hole plugging device below. 29 MSV Dual Compression Packer The T900 MSV Dual Compression Packer is a retrievable compression set isolation packer which is used as the upper packer in a tow packer chamber gas lift completion. The bypass tube is an integral part of the MSV and a telescoping slip joint is used for spacing out and connection to a gas lift mandrel. The packer is keyed with heavy duty bolts that allow torque to be applied for setting and releasing of a lower packer. 30 T901 R-2 Dual String Tension Packer The T901 R-2 Dual String Tension Packer is the upper packer in multi-zone installations. The T901 R-2 Tension Packer is used with the M-2 Tension Packer for simple multi-zone waterflood wells. The R-2 Dual String Packer can handle large volumes of fluid eliminating the use of downhole flow regulators. Setting: Run the M-2 and R-2 packers to setting depth, with the last movement downward turn one quarter turn to the left and pick-up, this will set the lower M-2 Tension Packer. Run the J-latch seal assembly into the R-3 Packer and pull tension to achieve pack-off. 35 Hydro Perma-Pak The T674 Hydro Perma-Pak is a hydraulic-set dual bore permanent packer set by applied applied hydraulic pressure against a temporary plugging device set below the packer. The Hydro Perma-Pak has a large upper seal bore allowing the use of an anchor latch to create the largest possible I.D. through the packer and seals for completions requiring large tubing sizes. 37 Scorpion Packer The Team T1125 Scorpion Packer is a permanent wireline set production packer with threaded top and bottom connections of choice. It is designed to be run in conjunction with a T512 T-2 On/Off overshot and T510 T-2 On/Off stinger to simplify and speed up well completion. The packer and stinger are made up together and run and set on electric wireline using a standard wireline adapter kit, the tubing and overshot are then run, spaced out and landed using standard techniques. Setting on electric wireline, using the combination of a power charge and a pressure setting assembly, enables the packer to be accurately located in the well by correlation with well logs. Allows placement of the packer in a much shorter time than tubular conveyed methods. Simple and fast installation process. Releasing the tubing from the packer requires only a ¼ turn at the packer. 49 VIPER II Composite Bridge & Frac Plug The VIPER II utilizes a unique combination of composite components to provide a dependable, durable and cost-effective design for temporary zone isolation during stage fracs in both vertical and horizontal wells. VIPER II plugs are constructed primarily from molded or machined composites, with cast iron slips, ensuring fast drill time while remaining highly reliable. The VIPER II is a multi-configuration plug that allows a user to convert the tool from a Ball Drop to a Caged Ball or Bridge plug in minutes. This conversion is easily accomplished using hand tools and simple kits (Bridging Pin or Caged Ball Assembly). The setting sleeve and shear adapter are designed to be run on any wireline setting tool or tubing-run hydraulic setting tool, with Baker #10, Baker #20, or G.O. connections.
