8 Migration procedure from the old call-off format to VDA 4984 via the Group business platform as part of the campaign Volkswagen EDI Team Supplier Phase 1: Partner Analysis Request to use the campaign tools and update the EDI contact partner Confirm or correct the EDI contact partner Phase 2: Partner Enabling Distribute information and send test messages Test message and old call-offs format at the same time by EDI Test Phase 3: Go Live Deactivate the old call-off formats Only the VDA 4984 is transferred by EDI Supplier ends the test phase 8

11 Supplier number format in the VDA 4984 VDA 4987 global messages With the use of the VDA 4984, the supplier number sent is only 10 digits for VW and AUDI. SEAT will continue with 5-digit number. Old formats (VDA 4905, VDA 4915, DELFOR) VDA digit supplier number without index digit supplier number + 1-digit index G digit supplier number + 2-digit index SEAT: 5-digit number
