1 Adjustable Magic Platform User Instructions Quality Management System BS EN ISO9001:2008 Licence No. Q05619
2 1. To commence deployment place a foot on the bottom rung at the rear of the platform. Pull firmly down on the platform until the deck is horizontal and the platform hooks are engaged. 2. Release the locking pins by disengaging from the lower locking position, the guardrails can now be slid to their full extent, with the locking pins firmly engaged at their upper position. Slide down the PLATFORM LOCKING CATCH to the locating hole above the toeboard. (Note: this catch must be pushed up to its original position before closing the Adjustable Magic Platform.) 3. With the platform in the required working position and the guardrails in place, the stabilisers must be deployed. Move the stabiliser away from the stile. When the stabiliser will not move any further, pull the locking pin and push down on the lower arm, until the leg extends, locks and is resting securely on the ground. (Note: When working against a wall only the opposing stabiliser needs to be deployed.) 4. To increase the height of the platform support the inner ladder whilst releasing both side locks by pulling them outwards. Raise the inner ladder until the required platform height is achieved and replace both side locks ensuring they are fully engaged. 5. When using the platform ensure the gate is fully closed. DO NOT - - Exceed one person on platform - Exceed 110kg Safe Working Load - Over-reach - Move with personnel on platform DO - - Only use on level surfaces - Beware of overhead obstructions - Raise stabilisers before moving - Inspect platform for damage before use

6 Slide down the PLATFORM LOCKING CATCH to the locating hole above the toeboard. Note: this catch must be pushed up to its original position before closing the Adjustable Magic Platform.
7 3. With the platform in the required working position and the guardrails in place, the stabilisers must be deployed. Move the stabiliser away from the stile......when the stabiliser will not move any further, pull the locking pin...
8 ...and push down on the lower arm, until the leg extends, locks......and is resting securely on the ground.
9 Note: When working against a wall only the opposing stabiliser needs to be deployed.
10 4. To increase the height of the platform support the inner ladder whilst releasing both side locks by pulling them outwards......raise the inner ladder until the required platform height is achieved and replace both side locks ensuring they are fully engaged.
11 5. When using the platform ensure the gate is fully closed.
