6 Phu Bia ining imited IG / UNACCEPTABE JOB / TASK IS UNSAFE STOP WORK IEDIATEY / DO NOT START WORK Stop work immediately, secure area and report hazard to the Supervisor for rectification and control. Any existing Standard Operating Procedures must be reviewed and authorised before work commences. If no Standard Operating Procedure exists, it must be written in conjunction with a JSA and authorised before work can commence. SIGNIFICANT JOB / TASK AVE SIGNIFICANT AZARDS WORK SOUD NOT BE STARTED UNTI - azards controls are implemented. Where work involves tasks in progress, urgent action is to be taken.
