2 2 / 40 Hi & welcome to our latest Catalogue & Pricelist. This is our second edition in this format. We have taken on board comments on how to make it even better & implemented where possible. We hope you will get a lot out of it and gain more knowledge on what we offer into the Australian market. Another recent change is that we have renamed 'RinseMaid' brand to "Rinse-Mate" & along with the 'Global EC' & 'Global Q' ranges we have increased the warranty periods from 18 to 24 months.. If you are a new or even an existing customer I would like to take the time to welcome you to Global Tapware. We have been trading now since We always put the customer / end user first in all our endeavours and design the products around their use, so they last as long as possible in some very tough & demanding enviroments. It is important to us that we deal with any issues / warranty claims straight away, so with that in mind, as the owner of the busin ess, I take great pride in saying that from our annual 'Watermark' Audits it is shown time and again that across all product groups we only have.5 to 1% of warranty iss ues. We aim to keep it that way, as I know nothing is 100% all the time. So take it as a given you are buying the best of the best, and not some nice looking but cheap imported products that will not stood the test of time and Australian conditions. Unless we have been involved in the decission making we will not warrant or take back the product. 4 If a product has been used and resold as a second hand product. 5 Coloured Taps do not carry warranty for damage to or chipping or wearing off of paint except for when it is noticed when first removing from the box it is packaged in. In this case DO NOT INSTALL and notify us immediately. Once it is installed no warranty is given to this issue. 6 Coloured Tapware is designed for ront Of House (OH o rdomestic use) and as such No Warranty will be given in any form if the coloured taps are used In the "Back Of House" BOH operation unless specicifically stated to do so by us, but item 5 will still apply. These taps are designed mostly for use in the ront Of House (OH) applications. However, all care WARRANTY In the case of a genuine warranty we will carry out repair or replacement of the product by means of posting a part to end user or using a contractor or carry out the work. We will do our best to have the work done within 2-5 days if not sooner.
