Do not overtighten any connections or damage may occur. This faucet has an operating range of 0-80 psi. Safety Tips: Cover your drain to prevent loss of parts. Be sure to wear eye protection while cutting pipe. Insert flexible hoses into the faucet base as shown, tighten the handle with the clamp spring, and then press the button of the spout in order to set flexible hoses and the faucet. Maintenance: Your new Lavatory Faucet is designed for years of trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty. *Teflon Tape Shut off water supplies.remove old faucet. Clean sink surface in preparation for new faucet. Place spout thru mounting hole in sink. Secure spout with rubber washer,metal washer and nut. Make connections to water lines.use / IPS faucet connections () or use the supplied coupling nuts () with /8 O.D. ball nose risers ().Use wrenches to tighten connections.do not overtighten. NOTE:Hot side end valve is labeled. Secure end valves with washers and nuts. Hand tighten nuts onto shank. Lock nuts into pisition by tightening screws. 2 Place the rubber washer () to underside of the flange (). Insert the threaded end of the drain body up through the drain hole and attach flange to the body with the pivot hole () pointing to the rear of the sink. 9 Place one end of spring clip () on the end of pivot rod (). (Please do not overtighten). 0 Insert lift rod () into strap () and tighten screw(). 8 Tighten lock nut () by rotating counterclockwise until the pop-up drain assembly is secure. Rubber washer should be on top of sink. IMPORTANT: After installation is completed, remove aerator. Turn on water supply and allow both hot and cold water to run for at least one minute each to remove the debris. While water is running,check for leaks. Replace aerator.. Remove the Mounting Plate(s) by loosening the pre-installed set screw at bottom with the included Hex Key. Align Mounting Plate over center point marked in previous step. Mounting Plate should be vertical with Notch in the cylinder () pointing to the bottom as shown below. Mark Mounting Screw locations onto the wall surface. Remove items after marking mounting locations. IMPORTANT Do not over-tighten any connections or damage may occur. Be sure to read instructions thoroughly before beginning installation. If mounting directly to wood stud, Plastic Anchors are not required. If mounting to tile, acquire proper mounting hardware capable of supporting the accessory in use. If mounting to drywall, drill guide holes at marked locations using a Drill equipped with a Ø /" bit.
