There is a stand-alone kitchen for our chefs converted from a vintage horsebox. A 1966 Routemaster, the restoration and conversion of The Rosebery shows extraordinary attention to detail using the finest British materials and craftsmen. The Rosebery experience is a singular example of British excellence, hospitality and originality with a dash of eccentricity. She is available for private hire. YOUR EXPERIENCE The Rosebery is not simply a converted bus. The highly experienced Rosebery team is a leader in event production for private individuals, corporate clients or brands. We offer a comprehensive service handling all elements; from an intimate dinner for up to 18 seated to a party for 200. While The Rosebery is invariably the centerpiece the outside area we create is flexible and can include additional structures from the Rosebery Nightclub to the white-picket fenced Rosebery Garden. The Rosebery also attends some of the most significant occasions in British social and sporting calendar providing the ultimate venue for clients and guests.

3 The Rosebery Party The Rosebery experience has far more scope than simply hiring The Rosebery bus. Of course, she is a wonderful vehicle enjoyed by all who have the opportunity to come on board but she can also serve as the centrepiece for the most beautiful and exclusive English party for up to 200 guests. The Rosebery events team can oversee all elements of the occasion. Previous events have included a party in Cannes for the world s leading social media company, the party in London for the British Film Awards 2016 and several private parties for individuals looking to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or wedding in a particularly memorable fashion. A Rosebery Party is unique to each client. Please contact us to arrange an initial meeting to discuss your requirements.

7 FEES These are indicative. All events are bespoke. HIRE OF THE ROSEBERY This includes use of The Rosebery and driver/support team. Downstairs cocktail bar, games cupboard, integral television screens, canopy, provision for coats and dining tables and chairs, sound system, air condiitoning and heating. Logistical planning, power, lighting, insurance, permits and a Rosebery manager on site are included. From 4,500 per day. (The Rosebery is not available by the hour or for part-day hire.) MILEAGE Fuel costs included in hire price up to 300 miles round trip from Oxford. Additional miles at 1.25 a mile. HIRE OF THE ROSEBERY ENCLOSURE / GARDEN The Rosebery Enclosure is a flexible space for up to 200 created to the front using cream wooden picket fencing. There are teak tables and chairs, planting, umbrellas and an additional Rosebery bars with fridges to serve guests. There is also lighting for the evening. From 750 per day including transportation. COCKTAILS & DINING Our chefs provide all food fresh from The Rosebery Grill. Our classic menus include grilled lobster and Rib Eye steaks, Rosebery fries and a selection of salads. We also work with our clients to create bespoke menus or, if they wish, to engage the services of some of Britain s most celebrated chefs. The Rosebery has an extensive wine and cocktail list and clients needs are discussed before the event. One-off cocktails can also be created. Prices are per head and all inclusive (including all staffing and The Rosebery Grill hire). From 95 per head. HIRE OF THE ROSEBERY MARQUEES For larger parties we provide a comprehensive planning service and supplementary marquees or Capri tents and furniture. 9 FEES BRANDING There are 17 branding opportunities on The Rosebery. From 450. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM Available upon request. SECURITY Available upon request. A PRIVATE ROSEBERY CONVERSION Under special circumstances we will oversee the conversion of a client s own Rosebery. We would then operate and manage all of the events. From 225,000 for the build. Ongoing costs include storage, insurance, maintenance. These average 10,000 annually. OTHER When relevant: guest accommodation, chauffeur transportation, helicopter transportation, staff accommodation and travel, sundry expenses. All prices are ex VAT.
