Energy savings Using a waste recycling process developed by the company, the incineration of waste (Biomass) produces the energy required for heating in our industrial premises, drying our raw woods, and powering the drying tunnel in our wood varnishing unit. 3

4 The Diamond Point range The litter bins from this range incorporate a steel frame and a body constructed from a 2.5 mm thick diamond point steel material, treated according to our powder blast process and powder-coated with a polyester paint finish. The frame and the body can have two different colours. The inside liner is secured through an automatic lock system operated with an 8 mm triangular key. The litter bins from this range can be supplied in stainless steel marine grade 316 L (refer to page 9) Options: Galvanised liner / plastic bin liner holder with/without rainshield bolt/ground/wall fixing with/without ashtray. 6 The Contemporary range The litter bins from this range incorporate a 3 mm (cover 5 mm) thick round-shaped body with laser-cut stripes, treated according to our powder blast process and powder-coated with a polyester paint finish. The inside liner is in stainless steel. An ashtray can be adapted on each model as an option. Two different opening systems are proposed: cover or front door system. The inside liner is secured through an automatic lock system operated with an 8 mm triangular key. The litter bins from this range can be supplied in stainless steel marine grade 316 L (refer to page 9). Options: Galvanised liner / plastic bin liner holder bolt / wall fixing with/without ashtray. 8 The City Confort range The litter bins from this range are made from 8 mm steel rods welded on flat steel supports. This assembly method gives the furniture maximum solidity. The steel parts are treated according to our powder blast process and powder-coated with a polyester paint finish. The inside liner is in stainless steel. The inside liner is secured through an automatic lock system operated with an 8 mm triangular key. The litter bin ref M can be supplied in stainless steel marine grade 316 L (refer to page 9). 9 The Stainless Steel range The litter bins from this range are made from stainless steel marine grade 316 L. Each product is shotpeened (the diamond point sheet is electro-polished) and passivated after manufacture. The inside liner is in stainless steel. The inside liner is secured through an automatic lock system operated with an 8 mm triangular key. 10 The Timber range The litter bins from this range are made from a steel structure and a hardwood body. The steel parts are treated according to our powder blast process and powder-coated with a polyester paint finish. The hardwood parts are treated before assembly with a natural shade liquid emulsion lasure (solvent-free) applied by an electrostatic process. The inside liner is secured through an automatic lock system operated with an 8 mm triangular key. All parts are treated according to our powder blast process and powder-coated with a polyester paint finish.
