1 Didactic and technological innovation at the service of training in pneumatics and electro-pneumatics have resulted in the creation of the PNEUTRAINER-200 system. A fully modular system designed for the development of professional skills related to pneumatics and electro-pneumatics. Its flexibility makes the PNEUTRAINER-200 equipment adaptable to all types of client requirements and needs. It also makes a staggered investment over time possible.

3 PNEUTRAINER-200 The equipment for training in pneumatics and electro-pneumatics. Assembly panels Based on an anodized extruded aluminum structure, these assembly panels offer various possibilities. From the basic horizontal panel to the mobile table, we offer solutions adapted to various requirements. The rolling table includes a panel which enables users to work on both sides at the same time. It also includes a support shelf of drawers for components and the pneumatic compressor. In any case, all the options are perfectly valid to carry out the practical activities proposed. 34

4 Industrial materials All the components used are industrial. Developed and manufactured by SMC and popular throughout the world, they meet the highest levels of quality. The components are mounted on a stainless steel base plate 4 mm thick. In order to be identified correctly they have a label with the corresponding reference as well as standardized symbols. Fixing to the panel Each component includes a fixing system to the assembly panel, with a specific design based on POM material (state-of-the-art polymer with selflubricating properties, resistant to deformation, wear and ageing). Connections The pneumatic components include fittings with instant connection for tube 4 mm thick. The electro-pneumatics have instant connection cables. Storage The standard compositions include a storage system in EUROBOX boxes with thermoconforming trays which allow perfect identification and storage by occupying minimum space. These boxes and trays can also be purchased for the storage of customized compositions. PNEUTRAINER

5 PNEUTRAINER-200 Standard compositions 6 standard compositions have been defined to cover training demands at various levels of education. Each of the compositions has been designed for the development of specific skills in the field of pneumatics and electro-pneumatics. The specific content of each composition is described below. They can be extended with all the elements offered on the following pages in order to pursue more advanced didactic objectives. The compositions include the required theoretical and practical documentation, with the option of extending it with a series of didactic supports adapted to PNEUTRAINER-200. PNEU-201: BASIC PNEUMATICS A whole series of pneumatic components, manual valves, speed controllers, air treatment elements and actuators to create a solid training base in basic pneumatics. This includes a complete user and exercise manual, a book of pneumatic theory as well as a support CD with slides. As more ambitious didactic objectives are pursued, another of the compositions can be acquired or the existing one can be extended with any of the components presented in the following pages. The composition adds new solenoid valves, control modules, converters, proximity sensors, etc. to meet the didactic objectives set forth. The equipment can be connected to a PLC so the student can familiarize him/herself with the programming of these devices. This includes a complete user and exercise manual, a book of pneumatic theory as well as a support CD with slides.
