We review the various elements and specifications of a project in close consultation with the customer, to ensure that quality is commensurate with requirements, e.g. for energy-saving, environmental protection, efficiency and durability. SPECIAL MANUFACTURING Based on our flexible standard range, we custom-produce any solution to meet the customer s expectations and requirements to perfection. We strongly believe in professional craftsmanship, and produce all elements ourselves, assembling and testing every product before it leaves the factory. INSTALLATION Several of our products are delivered ready for installation, along with detailed instructions. But many special products need our own highly-skilled fitters to install them, and to ensure that each component and mechanical part is correctly fitted and adjusted to ensure perfect operation. MAINTENANCE There are a range of benefits linked to a special solution from DAN-doors. One of them is our service network - the customer s guarantee for fast, efficient assistance. We have a per manent team of fitters ready and able to take on any form of service job.

Health & safety It is the knowledge and expertise of all DAN-doors employees that enable us to make intelligent, high quality door solutions. As such, the excellence of our employees is reflected in the product we develop, manufacture and deliver. We are committed to creating a safe manufacturing- and office environment, to ensure the mental and physical wellbeing of our highly valued employees. Quality DAN-doors produce doors to last a lifetime. Therefore, we exercise strict quality management and quality control for production in-house and to applied to our suppliers. Every unit is handmade by our skilled and dedicated employees, who continuously monitor and test the quality and endurance of the product for use as recommended. Environment We are conscious of the environmental responsibility arising from developing and manufacturing a heavy duty product. That's why we think in terms of a 'circular economy', with sustainability and responsibility as key elements of the DAN-doors business model. For instance: we strive to limit our impact on the environment by exercising proper waste management, optimization of production methods and of our use of general resources such as electricity, raw materials and water. DAN-doors products are sustainable and environmental friendly, since an estimated 90% of the raw materials used can be recycled and reused at the end of the 40 year lifespan of the product. We will never stop improving in this area. We will continuously strive to improve our social and environmental performance in the years to come. Page 6-7

DAN-doors also supply polycarbonate and PVC doors to industry in addition to steel doors and sectional doors.

7 Materials FOOD SAFE Stainless steel is our preferred material. We work in stainless AISI 304 and acid-resistant AISI 316 steels. We can also supply all our doors in a plastisol-coated steel plate, particularly suited and approved for the food industry. DAN-doors also supply polycarbonate and PVC doors to industry in addition to steel doors and sectional doors. Certifications EI ² 30 EI ² 60 DAN-doors supplies hinged fire and sliding doors, BS 60 approved and certified according to DS for both industry and cold room. DAN-doors also supply a totally new fire door range, approved according to the new European EN standard, and with the new EI 2 60Køl approval.
