Our Field Repair Trailer is also stocked and operated by the same qualifi ed technicians who run our in-house services.

3 AFTER QUALITY BEFORE All of Dyna-Flo s repair and maintenance is performed in accordance to ABSA standards, and along with strict in-house quality control inspections (conducted by our Q.C. department) guarantee that Dyna-Flo meets and exceeds customer requirements. SHOULD I HAVE THIS VALVE REPAIRED? Unsure whether a valve is worth repairing? Dyna-Flo has a professional team ready to provide expert advice on whether or not to replace equipment. If required, Dyna-Flo will provide a repair versus replacement cost comparison analysis to allow customers information as to our repair decision process. Since Dyna-Flo is a complete manufacturing facility, we can provide replacement product for valves, actuators, and instrumentation that are uneconomical to repair, thereby minimizing cost and shortening downtime. 3

4 Don t throw away your old valve trim! We can repair your *Fisher, Valtek, Masoneilan, Bailey, and Yarway valve trim parts back to O.E.M. specifi cations. If you are not getting the life expectancy out of your existing trim parts, we have the ability to add overlays to suit your specifi c process. Dyna-Flo can also supply new trim no longer available from O.E.M. and we can also reverse engineer any valve part, new or used. PLANT SHUTDOWNS Dyna-Flo has the ability to perform large scale in-house plant maintenance shutdowns. The largest turnaround to date was 274 control valves, completely overhauled in 10 days. Each and every valve we service is sent through our standard repair procedures, ensuring that we meet or exceeded our customer s expectations. Dyna-Flo has never been responsible for a plant not being able to start-up in time after a plant shutdown. 5

6 Pre-Shutdown Work Scope: Make an excel spreadsheet listing customer s tag numbers / serial numbers / Dyna-Flo job numbers / brief description of each valve and a note fi eld for any additional feedback from the customer or our service technicians. Write up individual repair jobs for each tag number. Pre-order all soft parts for the body / actuator / instrumentation two months prior to the shut down arriving. In-house Shutdown Work Scope: Tag valve with job number. Take digital pictures of each valve / actuator assembly before teardown and after re-assembly making sure pictures match before shipping. Stamp valve & actuator with punch marks for re-assembly using a series of unique numbers and letters (& noted on paperwork). Completely disassemble valve / actuator & instrumentation & document as received condition. Clean all parts using sandblasting and or solvent. Replace all soft parts. Machine internal & external gasket surfaces as required. Machine plug seat & polish stem. Machine seat on seat ring & polish. Polish cage. Polish packing bore. Polish actuator stems & seal bushing. Re-assemble. Re-attach tubing / fi ttings & calibrate instrumentation. Seat leak test to ensure each valve meets shutoff specifi cations. Packing & gasket test. Paint. Attach SST Dyna-Flo repair tag for future reference. Palletize & protect fl ange faces. Supply a comprehensive repair report for each individual valve. 6

7 Who is Dyna-Flo? Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services has over 100 years of combined *Fisher factory trained experience, specializing in, but not limited to, repairing current and obsolete *Fisher control valves. At Dyna-Flo, we can also repair your Valtek and Masoneilan control valves. Dyna-Flo s 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located on the south side of Edmonton, Alberta between the Sherwood Park Freeway and the Whitemud Freeway. Our manufacturing facility is comprised of a large manual machining department alongside an extensive CNC department. Dyna-Flo s welding department is capable of performing B pressure and ABSA approved welding. Due to the Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials in oil and gas production, Dyna-Flo has become a NORM s approved facility. Dyna-Flo also stocks a large inventory of control valve parts and assemblies. Once a repair is complete, a Repair Report is generated and sent back to the customer with the repaired control valve. The Repair Report details all the valve and actuator specifi cations, and includes a detailed breakdown of the machining, seat leak / hydrotesting and quality control that was involved in the repair process. Feedback from our customers has informed us that our Repair Report is second to none, and a sample copy of our Repair Report is available upon request.
