The division is developing in the area of Static Equipment & Heat Exchanger Refurbishment services, Overhauling of Generators and Diesel Engines of various makes. We are on call 24 hours daily 7 days a week with technicians strategically located throughout the Oman, and available at short notice to travel anywhere. 25 AOTC division is involved with testing, recertification and repairing of various valves and pressure control equipment to the Oil& Gas, petrochemicals, chemicals and associated industries for more than a decade. Major services include Wellhead stack up testing and recertification, fugitive emission testing, In situ repair & lapping, online relief valve performance testing & repair, high pressure testing facility for API components, large dia ESD valves repair & testing and mobile valve care service. AOTC has overall capability to refurbish all types of valves, wellheads and related oilfield products; including wire line and drilling BOP s and SSV s, such as gate valves and large pipeline ball valves / actuators. For each repair and remanufacturing project, an individual Quality Plan is drawn up, unless an existing one is deemed satisfactory. AOTC s experienced field engineers perform vigilant inspections on any wellhead equipments through performance of monitoring field surveys based on clients requirements and specifications. The most common inspections cover communication and pressure between casings, seals and tubing s, detecting leaking or lose parts in addition to packer seals for hydraulic and mechanical packers. 29 AOTC have an established Electrical Motor Services Division, specializing in the provision of fully qualified, time served personnel to offer a wide range of services either at AOTC facility or on client premises either onshore or offshore. Prominent services include 24 Hour Emergency rewinding and repairing, on-site testing and services, alignment and vibration recording, AC & DC motor repair, generators testing and repair, laser alignment, dynamic balancing, modifications & redesigns. The Electrical Motor division aims to target higher voltage motors 2200KW to 11KVA, establishing capabilities to test, rewind and repair and inclusive of VPI, 12ftx12ftx12ft oven. The division has applied for IECex certification for repairing of explosion proof motors. A further extension is planned to conduct thelow Voltage Motor rewind/repair services in Sohar to cater for the immediate needs of the local industry in the area. We offer emergency and scheduled maintenance service, as well as on-site testing and preventative maintenance. We also provide a Motor Management Program (MMP) that safely stores and offers your critical spare parts, performs regular and scheduled stress tests, rotates high-use equipment, conducts regular megger tests, and documents everything you need to know about your motor in a regular report. We now use inverter duty wire and insulation materials as a standard, assuring that all rewinds are compatible for use with Variable Frequency Drives. We also offer AC/DC motor repair for all motors up to 1500 horsepower, including pump, brake, and slip ring motors.
