JC CARTER LNG NOZZLE ACCESSORIES JC Carter offers two different solutions to reduce operating costs and increase nozzle life.

Using the nozzle balancer or nozzle stand extends nozzle life and improves fueling capacity.

Using the balancer reduces the expense and wear on the seals and latches that are typically stressed and worn with traditional nozzle docking.

5 JC CARTER LNG NOZZLE ACCESSORIES JC Carter offers two different solutions to reduce operating costs and increase nozzle life. JC Carter does not recommend docking the LNG nozzle to the dispenser mounted receptacle when not in use. Nozzle docking wears out seals, parts and components at an accelerated rate. Using the nozzle balancer or nozzle stand extends nozzle life and improves fueling capacity. PN 6704A64 Nozzle Balancer The nozzle balancer creates longer life by eliminating the need to dock the nozzle when not in use. Using the balancer reduces the expense and wear on the seals and latches that are typically stressed and worn with traditional nozzle docking. The 360º swivel also allows the operator to freely move the nozzle without restriction for easier connection and fueling.
