9 TASK CARD CABIN CONDITION DLY CHECK Inspect each lavatory compartment, as follows: CAUTION: BELOW INSPECTION IS RELATED TO AD ALL THE DEFECTS FOUND DURING THE INSPECTION REQUIRED BY ITEM 4 (B, С, D) MUST BE CORRECTED BEFORE THE FLIGHT. a. Check lavatories soap dispensers for condition and capability to work; b. Check lavatory waste bin flappers can close normally with spring pressure; c. Check lavatory waste bin flappers and compartment surrounding edges for condition to ensure there are no sharp edges; d. Check lavatory door & door locks for operation, condition and security; e. Check lavatory paper roll holder for condition. 5 Inspect each Business class seat, as follows: a. Check seat bottom, backrest and headrest cover for cleanliness; b. Check seat side arm, center console arm caps for condition; c. Check seat belt and buckle for condition and security. Pay particular attention that the seat belt buckles are mounted on the opposite side from the aisle for the seats located along the aisle; d. Check meal table, hinge and cocktail table for condition; e. Check headrest ear wing security and operation. f. Check all PCU for operation and condition. g. Check the IFE wiring underneath the seats to make sure they are not hanging down. 6 Inspect each Economy class seat, as follows: a. Check seat bottom, backrest and headrest covers for cleanliness; b. Check seat belt and buckle for condition and security. Pay particular attention that the seat belt buckles are mounted on the opposite side from the aisle for the seats located along the aisle; c. Check the meal table lock does not cause an obstruction on the seats adjacent to over wing emergency exits. d. Check the IFE wiring underneath the seats to make sure they are not hanging down. 7 Inspect each flashlight, as follows: a. Check all flashlights for condition, correct installation and security; Note: make sure that strap P/N A is installed and not broken. : Page: 2 of 3
