2 HERCULES and HERACLES are specially designed in order to wash the wheels and chassis of the vehicles leaving: construction sites, mines, quarries, landfill sites, cement factories, farm animals, etc. Mud, sand, dust and other biological pollution harmful to health and exported by the vehicles into a public road constitute danger to all road users. SULTOF as a manufacturer of car washes is able to modify the device and tailor it to individual customer requirements. We offer drive-through car washes Hercules series and roller washes Heracles series Hercules drive-through devices are offered in fixed and fully mobile versions which all modules are located directly on the ground without the need for a special foundation. These devices as non-permanently connected with the ground do not require authorization. Heracles roller washes are primarily intended for use in areas where there are difficult to remove contaminants such as clay or other raw materials for producing ceramics. All devices operate in a closed circuit. Water supply is needed only for its completion. Installation does not require drain connection and a permanent electrical connection can be replaced with power generator. Normally, each wash consists of a platform and washing reservoir which separate the impurities. In the case of a mobile device there is also a flow trough. Pollution from the washing platform flows into it and then are pumped into the retention tank.

3 Hercules series drive-through car wash This is a group of devices where the washing takes place during slow passage through a special platform. Thanks to the system of nozzles located underneath and on the sides of the platform the water under sufficient pressure removes impurities from the wheels and lower parts of the vehicle. Washed impurities go to the bottom of the tank. The water after treatment is directed to the pumps and re-used for cleaning. Precipitated impurities are removed from the container with a scraper conveyor. RAMPS The mobile version platform is also equipped with galvanized ramps: overground and downhill. Ramps are fitted with barriers preventing exit from the vehicle lane. PLATFORM We offer platforms varying in lengths: ECO, SHORT, STANDARD up to the longest called LONG. The choice depends on the degree and type of pollution, destination and type of washed vehicles. Platforms are fully galvanized, including all elements of the vehicle lane. They are equipped with side shielding to protect water against splashing outside the cleaning area. NOZZLES Specially designed nozzle system made from stainless steel provides high efficiency and effectiveness. FLOW TROUGH It is present only in mobile washers. The flow trough removes a substantial part of the precipitate. The trough is equipped with a scraper conveyor and water is directed to the reservoir. TANKS Made of steel, are carefully protected against corrosion. The volume of reservoir which the separation of impurities is done depends on selected location (the degree, type of pollution, load). All tanks are equipped with a conveyor scraper that removes the sediment. A special baffle system reduces turbulence, slows down the flow and facilitates separation of impurities. The bigger tank the better purified water.

4 Hercules series cont. CONTROL SYSTEM The entrance of the vehicle to the platform is detected by a special induction loop - a durable and reliable unit. The control system is based on the elements of wellknown companies. We can change the configuration of the unit according to customer's needs. Built-in counter shows the completed cycles. All elements of the control system are located in a special cabinet, stainless steel and secured with a lock. PUMPS The platform is powered by two pumps (one for ECO version, three for LONG version) located in the clean zone of the reservoir. Each pump supplies one section of the nozzles transverse distribution to the axis of the wash enables work of the device even in case of pump failure. Pumps have overload and dry cleaning protection. All pumps are designed to work with contaminated water. 5 Heracles series roller washes HERACLES roller washes are especially recommended for removal of hard contaminants such as clay or other raw materials for the production of ceramic materials (e.g. brick factory pits). Like HERCULES drive-through car washes, HERACLES roller washes use large amounts of water supplied under low pressure. Thanks to the group of rollers, the wheels of vehicle located on the wash are rotated for fixed and adjustable time. During this time they are washed from impurities with water dispensed from the nozzles. All axles of the vehicle are washed in turn. The standard car wash consists of a platform with the rotating rollers and a group of nozzles as well as the reservoir where the sediment is precipitated. PLATFORM The company offers two types of platforms: STANDARD and LUX. LUX platform is equipped with additional washing areas before and after the rolls. The choice depends on the destination, location and amount of expected pollution. NOZZLES Specially designed distribution of nozzles made of stainless steel allows you to wash top and side surfaces of the wheels. The amount of water is adjusted to the needs. Losses of water can be automatically completed using a float valve.

7 Options FLOCCULATION SYSTEM A special pump which work is supervised by control system adds to the water circulating in the system a special chemical agent (flocculant) that improves the degree of pollution and precipitation and accelerates this process. Its use is recommended especially where the load is high. DISINFECTION SYSTEM This system is used in situations where there is the need to disinfect the vehicle, such as exits from landfills or recycling plants. Like the system above, the disinfection system consists of a pump and forwarding nozzle. The disinfectant is added to the circulating water in cycles. Operation of the system is controlled by the driver. CONTROL LIGHTS DRIVE / STOP ( GREEN / RED) In order to improve traffic flow at the car wash it is possible to install a semaphore with the green / red lights. Its work is controlled by the control system. Use of this option is particularly desirable in the case of washing a large number of vehicles. An additional advantage is to force a break before entering of another vehicle on the washing platform. OVERFLOW PROTECTION Special pump pouring excess water from the reservoir during e.g. prolonged rainfall. Used for immersed tanks. OTHERS TANK BARRIER safety barrier for immersed tanks.
