1 Existing service abilities: 1.1 Locations Current After Market and Service structure Russia. Fluidbusiness Group was established in 2006 on base of Talnah Group of Industrial Russia and CIS plants. The main business line of Fluidbusiness Group is integrated project work from pumps selection to service maintenance. Fluidbusiness Group was organized into OOO Fluid Business in 2007 year. Our target for the next three years is: Development of wide dealers and services network, base on Talnah existent network, to provide the same high technical and service support to each customer;

2 1.1.1 Samara Service facility Location: Samara city Description: existing foundry with mechanical tools. Working with cast iron and assembling dosing pumps, triplex plunger pumps Staff: 35 persons (involved in current dosing pump assembling process) Equipment: lifting devices (till 5 ton), drilling machine, lathes, milling machines, etc. Special space 200 m2 for Service shop for pump & other rotation equipment repair. Plans 2011 y: test loop for pumps up to 100 kw (16 bar, 400 m3/h)

3 1.1.2 Bolohovo facility Location: Tula city Description: Existing crashing machines and triplex plunger pumps production facility. Staff: 80 persons Equipment: lifting devices (till 5 ton), drilling machine, lathes, milling machines, etc. Special space for Service shop for pump & other rotation equipment repair. 1.2 Personnel Fluid Business. Two dedicated pump service engineers. Fully trained for pump repair on ITT service shops and factories. Training included: triplex plunger pumps, ANSI pumps, API pumps, Submersible pumps. Available in one-two days after request. Fluid Business - Talnah. Several mechanical engineers not directly dedicated to centrifugal pumps, but could be used for hand jobs. ITT EMEA Service engineer. Fully trained ITT service engineer with Russian visa. Available in two-three weeks after request depended on current workload. ITT Asia Pacific Service engineers. Fully trained ITT service engineers. Available by demands in four six weeks

API 3620, API 3700 startup and service case resolving. 1.4 Offshore platforms service offer Based on our experience in pumps and with support from ITT ProService we would like to offer yearly maintenance service and/or case-by-case repair jobs. Yearly maintenance: Based on manufacturer recommended service routine procedures. Our specialist will visit platform based on service schedule to provide all necessary operations. Case-by-case basis: Our service engineer ready to come for necessary repair and maintenance by request from customer. Based on standard service rates.
