8 SLUICE(GATE) VALVE (SCREWED) Sluice Valve is the sophisticated and excellent plastic valve which is designed and manufactured with our plentiful experience and customers advice. There are no loss of pressure due to the straight liquid flow. Gland which is used V-Ring and it can protect Gland from the leakage of liquid. 9 DIAPHRAGM VALVE(FLANGED) Diaphragm valve is made of and is used in transportation of chemicals, sticky liquid, liquid containing sludge and pulps etc. The elastic diaphragm perfectly controls opening and closing the valve. The standard supplying or diaphragm is EPDM and PTFE but can be substituted FPM or Neoplene, Hipalon, butylene according to the kind of line you use. Liner is attached around the bonnet to all products. We have supplied extra parts such as bonnet, U-bolts as the range of working pressure would be flexible according to the temperature of liquids. 11 NEW DIAPHRAGM VALVE(FLANGED) New diaphragm valve is using a new rubber material, exhibiting lower compressive strain, for its diaphragm and cushion, resulting in optimum sealing performance. Using dynamic analysis by CAE, new diaphragm valve is designed so that pressure is distributed evenly. 12 PP. PVDF LINED DIAPHRAGM VALVE(FLANGED) This valve, used in transportation of chemicals, highly sticky liquid, liquid containing sludge and pulps etc and it is famous for its superiority. This valve, lined inside of steel valve, can reinforce the defect of the characteristics of plastics. The elastic diaphragm perfectly controls opening and closing the valve. As the inner of it is streamlined, there is no erosion caused by liquids and there is minimal loss of pressure. As there is no GLAND, there is no leakage of liquids every angle you install. As the stopper controls the amount of opening and closing, it can prevent valves from breakage by improper operation. Gauge cab can control the opening, closing as see the amount and flow road of the liquids. 24 AUTOMATIC BUTTERFLY VALVE It is devised to control the amount of liquid as connecting the other parts and easily turn the Disc by 90 as just turning On/Off the switch. As the valve controlled by just turning On/Off the switch, the operator can control the all lines without spending much time. The operator can control the valve easily if it is beyond his hand reaches. It is easily controlled of the opening and closing at a distance as you attach the Positioner or Limit box.
