Product Overview RMD Kwikform's range of Struts and Walers are designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest standards

Comprising of 6 different lengths of strut assemblies (types A-F) and 5 different lengths of aluminium walers with simple pin

2 Product Overview RMD Kwikform's range of Struts and Walers are designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest standards EN14653, EN1090 and carry the quality CE Mark. Comprising of 6 different lengths of strut assemblies (types A-F) and 5 different lengths of aluminium walers with simple pin connections, this easy to assemble hydraulic system is designed to be used in conjunction with steel sheets for the support of small trenches for the safe installation of utilities. Faster Pinned connections allow for faster assembly (no bolted connections). Easier Tee pins designed for ease of handling. Very few components making it easy to assemble. Safer Separate Eyebolts on the Walers for lifting & suspension points allow for safer installation. Market leading strength. 1

Durability Strength The Hydraulic Strut Oversleeves have been Galvanised & The Aluminium Walers have been powder coated for extra protection and durability on site. With a maximum axial capacity of 113kN, RMD Kwikform s Hydraulic Struts have Market Leading Strength. Safety Flexibility The Aluminium Walers have been designed with integral lifting and restraint chain connecting points for safer installation of frame assemblies. These lifting eyes have been incorporated on both the top and bottom of the walers to allow each frame assembly to be suspended from the one above thus removing the necessity for long restraint chains. Each leg length has a sensible overlap to allow for over digging or under digging on site, with a 310mm stroke range on the A, B & C Legs and a 610mm Stroke on the longer D, E & F legs. Suspended from the trench sheets with restraining chains, the hydraulic struts have been designed to clear span up to 3.07m Sheet to Sheet & the aluminium Walers have been designed to accommodate pipes up to 3.0m long. 3
