All other versions and translations are published only for assisting foreign competitors to prepare their participation as better as possible. In case of dispute about the meaning and actual interpretation of Regulation, the Greek version is the one that bounds Organization Committee and applied by its members and marshals. [1]

4 Introduction RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016 will be run in compliance with: - Greek National Sporting Code (along with Appendices) (here and after NSC), - Greek ASN - OMAE 4x4 General Regulations (with Appendices), - Greek ASN OMAE 4x4 Technical Regulations (with Appendices) - This Supplementary Regulation. Any modifications, amendments and / or changes to this Supplementary Regulation will be announced through the official website until 30/05/2016. From 31/05/2016 any modifications, amendments and / or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced to all entrants only by numbered and dated bulletins issued by the organizer and approved by Greek OMAE 4x4 Sport Commission (here and after OMAE) up to the time of the first Stewards Meeting and thereafter by the Stewards. 13 Maximum number of crews allowed to start 45 for Closed Special Stages, 40 for Regularity Selective Stages Division into groups: Eligible for the competition are vehicles with the maximum total weight of up to kg, classified in Groups: Group T1 FIA- (prototypes cross-country vehicles) vehicles in accordance with Art. 285 Appendix J to the ISC. Group T2 FIA- (Production cross-country vehicles) vehicles in accordance with Art. 284 Appendix J to the ISC. Group SSV - vehicles in accordance with OMAE Regulations In RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016 at any vehicle that is declared as T1, T2, T3, it is given the possibility not to install the air restrictor in the air intake system. This possibility can be implemented only if there is no other modification of air intake system as described in FIA regulations Organization Committee may cancel the event in case of the number of participants is less than 20. Full refund of fees will be applied in such case Entry fees In the case of refusal to put non compulsory advertising sticker of the Organizer, the entry fee will be increased by 50% Administrative fee NOT refundable is Service areas The Entry fee includes payment of service space. 14 the entry form is rejected the rally is cancelled. Administrative fee is not refundable unless event is cancelled Each competitor who registers and then is not able to participate in the Rally is obliged to send at least 1 day before the Scrutineering a written explanation of the absence reason. In case of unjustified absence the Organizer will impose a penalty on the competitor. The Organizer may return 50% of the entry fee in case of Competitors who will present a written explanation from their club, confirming a force majeure. 4. Insurance 4.1. Third party risk insurance (Traffic insurance) is compulsory for all crews taking part in the rally. All competitors must have a valid traffic insurance policy and present it at the administration checking including a valid Insurance Green Card Entry fee includes a premium for liability insurance towards all third parties during participation in RALLY GREECE OFFROAD Indemnity provided under this special insurance is: ,00 / incident with total liability up to , Insurance policy is drawn up with this Insurance Company: - Name of the Company: ETHNIKI ASFALISTIKI - Address: 103 Sygrou Ave. Athens Greece - Policy n.: 91361/ Renewal 4.5. Competitors must bear in mind that the insurance policy taken out by the Organizer covers only damage caused to third parties. Any injury caused by competitors to themselves, injuries and damages caused by competitor to other competitor or damage to vehicles participating in the Rally are not covered by the insurance The competitors are free to take out a convenient and individual personal accident insurance on their own, in addition to the aforementioned liability insurance. Alternatively, competitors may register to Organizer s Personal Accident Policy provided by Greek Motorsport Federation - OMAE. In any case, all competitors must have Personal accident cover either by themselves or by Organizer s policy Service vehicles, even those having special marks issued by the Organizer, will not be treated as official Rally participants. Therefore, they are not covered with the Rally insurance policy and are subject to the owner s exclusive liability The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage or accident caused to the competitors and their vehicles during the whole event, in the case of catastrophe, riots, demonstrations, vandalism, etc. The competitors and crew members must bear all consequences (damages, fines and penalties) of any accident. The Organizers shall not be liable for any infringement of the Greek laws. [14]

15 4.9. The insurance cover will come into effect from the administrative checking and scrutineering for the Event and end upon the expiry of one of the following time limits, whichever is the later: - time limit for protests or appeals or the end of any hearing by the Stewards, - end of the administrative checking and Final checks, - end of the prize giving ceremony Insurance Policy of Third Party Liability is not valid if a competition vehicle: - is excluded permanently or temporarily from the event, from a Leg or from a Special Stage - is out of the official route of the race for more than one (1) kilometer - even it is on the official route but maximum time for a section, liaison or special stage, or Leg is run out as indicated in official timetable of the race. - is engaged in accident in the time period between the end of a Leg and the start of next In case of accident and damage, competitors and drivers exempt the event organizers, Greek ASN OMAE, Members of Organization Committee, from any liability and waive any right to bring claims against them. 5. Advertising 5.1. Organizer s advertising stickers: The competitors who accept the Organizer s advertisement must reserve the area in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Supplementary Regulations. The Organizer s advertising stickers placed on the Rally plate and Race number is obligatory. Names of companies and institutions will be presented in the Rally Guide Limitations: Any advertising of cigarettes, tobacco products, is prohibited in Greece. Also prohibited political and religion advertisements. 6. Race Numbers In accordance with OMAE General Prescriptions. 7. Tires In accordance with OMAE Regulations and present Supplementary Regulation. Remould tires are permitted. 8. Fuel In accordance with OMAE Prescriptions. [15]

16 9. Administrative Checks 9.1. Location: FLORINA Service Park. Coordinates : »N »E 9.2. Program The Administrative Checks will take place on: and hours 14:30 18: Administrative Checks schedule The Administrative Checks schedule will be published on the Official Notice Board and on the website Presence of each crew members is compulsory. Each crew that reports to the Administrative Checks on any other date than that scheduled will be sanctioned with a fine of 100 EUR Documents to be presented: original entry form with signatures, competitor civil driving license for driver and co-driver, entrant (team) license (if issued), competition license for driver and co-driver, Copy of Passport or Identification Card, Starting Permission to participate issued by the competitor s ASN (not applicable to Competitors with OMAE license), or its federation. Health declaration form (found in official website), Copy of Personal Insurance Policy (not applicable for OMAE racing licenses), 10. Scrutineering, sealing, marking Location: FLORINA Service Park. Coordinates : »N »E Program Scrutineering will take place on: and hours 14:30 18: Scrutineering schedule The Scrutineering schedule will be published on the Official Notice Board and on the website The presence of each crew members is compulsory. Each crew that reports to the Scrutineering on any other date than that scheduled will be punished with a fine of Documents to be presented: FIA original Homologation papers for Group T2 vehicles, FIA valid technical passport (if existing), filled in Personal Safety Equipment Card, original safety cage and fuel tank certificate, valid vehicle registration and insurance documents, valid insurance green card for non-greek vehicles only. 17 10.5. Requirements: Before a car enters the Scrutineering, it must meet the following requirements: Have all the required labels fixed (race numbers, advertisement, rally plates), according to Appendix 2 to these regulations, Wire endings must be placed in a position convenient for the sealing. On co-driver s side windscreen, electric wire (positive and negative) directly from battery with 2Amp electric resistance, to be used for Gps Tracking System, Personal Safety Equipment including helmet, gloves, overall, underwear, shoes, FHR collar with a valid FIA homologation (see Group TH,Z1,Technical regulations for exceptions) Drivers helmets, FHR collars and flame-resistant clothing will be checked at the Scrutineering. (see Group TH,Z1,Technical regulations for exceptions) Additional requirements: Crews of vehicles without the windscreen are obliged to have helmets with face protection glass. During the Rally, all crews using helmets without face protection glass are required to have protection glasses (motocross type) in case the car windscreen is broken. 11. Briefing Location: FLORINA Service Park. Coordinates : »N »E Attending the briefing is obligatory!!! 12. Starting Ceremony, Official Rally Start Publication of the list of crews eligible to start and starting sequence. The starting sequence for Qualifying Special Stage will be published on the Official Notice Board on June 3 rd, 2016 / Friday / at 08:15 and on the website: List of crews eligible to start Leg 1, Leg 2 and Leg 3 compiled in accordance with present Supplementary Regulations will be published according to the Rally Program Starting Ceremony: FLORINA River side road. Coordinates : Coordinates: N E There will be a pre-start park organized for all competitors participating in the Rally. Vehicles must be put into the park. Service personnel are allowed to put vehicles in the park. A penalty for late appearance at the pre-start park entry control point in relation to the schedule will be 50 EUR. All competitors dressed in rally suit and ready for start must be present in the area of the Ceremonial Start in order to participate in the Rally opening ceremony. [17]

18 13. Running of the Rally Road Sections, Special Stages. The route of RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016 is composed of Road Sections with a scheduled driving time, open for road traffic, and of Special Stages on roads closed for the traffic. Classification will be in accordance with fastest time achieved and by calculating possible penalties applied Competitors The full crew must be inside the car throughout the Rally, save for the cases described herein. If any of the crew members resigns or if a third party appears in a car, the crew will be excluded from the event Withdrawal Drivers who withdraw from the Rally before the end or come out of the route must notify as soon as possible the Clerk of the Course of their withdrawal and return the time card at the closest control point. A disciplinary fee of 100 EUR will be charged on the crews that do not observe the foregoing provisions Official Rally time The official Rally time will be communicated via TC points. (Greek time = GMT+2) Safety Tracking Equipment GPS safety tracking system It is compulsory for the competitors to equip their cars with GPS safety tracking system, provided by Organization, for active monitoring of all participating vehicles No competitor with a car without the tracking unit and in working order will be authorized to start The Clerk of the Course will use the competitor s track monitored and recorded by the tracking system to check for eventual deviations and especially short cuts. These will be reported to the stewards who may apply sanctions Any attempt to tamper with, to manipulate or to interfere with the tracking device fitted to the competing car or any device that fails to record a trace due to external interference, will be reported to the Stewards who may impose a penalty up to exclusion The rent fee of the GPS safety tracking system unit is included in the entry fee. A deposit of 150 EUR will be asked by Organizers from each competition vehicle. This deposit will be returned to competitor as soon as Gps tracking transmitter is returned in same excellent condition as first delivered The system GPS safety tracking system manual and installation method is presented at the Organizer s website Vehicle-to-vehicle alarm (Recall of the Art. 27 of the FIA General Prescriptions). Not applied to this event A vehicle-to-vehicle alarm system unit is not obligatory to be installed in vehicles participating in RALLY GREECE OFFROAD [18]

19 Competitor with a car without the vehicle-to-vehicle system unit will be authorized to start In a special stage, any vehicle running that has received several warnings signals by marshals, within a given time and which has not pulled over to allow the other vehicle to overtake may be sanctioned at the Stewards discretion, following examination of the downloaded data from GPS safety tracking system. Depending on the circumstances, they may apply other penalties, possibly to the highest classified crew of the team to which the guilty crew belongs. In case of dispute, the data from GPS safety tracking system device are downloaded, after a written request to the Clerk of the Course The rent fee of vehicle-to-vehicle unit is not applicable to this event Time Control Points (TC) Maximum Lateness Time Penalties The maximum lateness at a Time Control Point of a finish of a Special Stage is 30 minutes in relation with times shown in official race timetable. A penalty of 1 minute will be applied for each minute of differences to target time. Any lateness exceeding thirty (30) minutes at the last TC of a Leg will entail the temporary exclusion of the crew and has to make petition for Super-Rally rule if it wishes so Missing Time Control Point Missing a road section between two Time Control Points will result in a penalty of 1 hour. Such penalty will be also applied if one or more Time Control Points are missed and it will be added to other penalties, as the penalties for the Special Stage which was finished with a worse time in respect of the maximum time. Maximum Time delay for all Liaison Sections within one Leg is : For LEG 1 : 15 minutes For LEG 2 : 30 minutes For LEG 3 : 15 minutes After that, competitor is considered as permanently or temporarily excluded from the race and he will have the right to apply for Super-Rally rule Starting system for the Special Stages. At each Start, there will be electronic clock starting device. The photocell will be placed about 100 cm beyond the start line. The display will be placed so to be well visible to a crew sitting in a vehicle on the starting line. The vehicle with the crew is placed at the start line. The authorized marshal continuously counts down from the moment that 30 second remains for the start. Marshal counts with voice and with signal by the figures of his hand in the sequence: 30, 15, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and Go. Within 20 seconds from the GO time, a crew must start. The time measurement accuracy is 1 second Maximum driving times at a Special Stage or Road Section According to Official Itinerary Timetable. Appendix 1. The maximum driving times at Special Stage or a Road Section may be modified at the request of the Clerk of the Course by the Stewards of the Meeting. The crews will be notified of any such modification as soon as possible. [19]

20 ATTENTION: Each Road Section has a separate Target Time. This Target time is applied from the TC STOP of a Special Stage until next TC. In RALLY GREECE OFFROAD is NOT applied target time from Start of Special Stage until Start of next Special Stage. See Timetable APPENDIX. Competitors will be also informed for this regulation in briefing Fixed penalties for the failure to complete Special Stage: The fixed penalties specified will be added to the maximum times of Special Stages concerned and to the other penalties set up. For being classified with all the applied penalties (using or not using Super-Rally rule) and avoid the exclusion from the event, a crew (not obligatory the competing vehicle) has to: Be present before maximum allowed time at the last TC listed in the official timetable or be present on time in the Ceremonial Finish Procedure and Penalties Super-Rally In RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016 Competitors will have the possibility to continue and be classified in Final Classification even they have not completed all Special (or Road) Stages Sections. Super-Rally rule is applied at any moment of the race, thus, within a Leg and between Special Stages or Special Stages and Liaison or vice versa or between Legs. In detail: Until a Competitor abandons the race, time achieved (in Special Stages, Road Sections, Penalties, etc) is in force and calculated. Then the Competitor who abandons a Special Stage or Road Section and not presented in the relevant TC, will get penalized with the maximum allowed time for each Special Stage and/or Road Section that will not perform complete (as described in this Supplementary Regulation and present race timetable) + one (1) hour time penalty. In case that maximum allowed time (+1 hour time penalty) will place this specific Competitor in a higher position than the last Competitor who finished all or more Special Stages and Road Sections than him, then an additional time penalty of +30 minutes will be applied. If after this additional time penalty of +30 minutes abandoned Competitor is still in better position than the last Competitor that finished all or more Special Stages, then additional +30 minutes will be applied, and so on. For being classified with all applied penalties and avoid the permanent exclusion from the event, a crew has: or to regularly carry out finish at least one Special Stage in the Leg 1, one Special Stage in the Leg 2, one Special Stage in Leg 3. or to have started at list two Legs of the rally, and finish two Special Stages in each of those Legs. Regardless which of the above two minimum options may be applied, competitor must present before maximum allowed time at the last TC listed in the official timetable or be present on time in the Ceremonial Finish. If a Competitor retires from a Special Stage or a Liaison or a Leg and apply for Super- Rally rule, Clerk of the Course will decide from which TC will re-enter in race this Competitor. [20]

21 Clerk of the Course may refuse the application of Super-Rally rule for any Competitor by giving a justified reason. In any case Super-Rally Rule cannot be implemented in such way that a Competitor will be classified in a better position than a Competitor that has run normally the race or has used this Rule less than him Early check in allowed An early check in is allowed for the following control points: In all TC signed as P In the pre start Park in Florina. In the end of every Leg Collection of vehicles from Parc Ferme Vehicles must be collected from Parc Ferme immediately after publication of the decision of the Stewards of the Meeting on dissolution of a Park. The Organizer will ensure protection for 30 from the opening of Parc Ferme Running the rally after accident In case that a vehicle has an accident and windscreen or/and lateral windows are broken, this car is allowed to continue the race if crew members wear full face helmet with visor, or open face helmet with motocross glasses. Broken windscreen or/and lateral windows must be first totally removed before is allowed to continue race In case that a vehicle has an accident and it is suspicious that some part of safety equipment is damaged, the technical delegate will have first to inspect vehicle in order that to continue In case that a vehicle has an accident and that has as result to delay in time more than the maximum time allowed for a Special Stage or Liaison, then it is obligatory to return to Service Park and after repairs to restart race with time penalty Restart of race after accident or by any other reason that has as result to exceed maximum allowed time for a Special Stage or Liaison, can be made within a Leg and between Special Stages or Special Stages and Liaison or vice versa. Competitors may decide to abandon a Leg and restart on the next Leg. 14. Service Park, refueling Service park During the Rally, there will be a Service Park, located in city of Florina Entry of service cars Service cars may enter the service park no later than one hour before the entry time of the 1st car scheduled in the Timing During RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016, competitors that are still in race are permitted to help each other on the whole route. [21]

22 14.4. Refueling Any refueling activity is prohibited in the Service Park. Fuel Stations are outside Service Park and several others in roads included in Road Sections, areas where Competitors can refuel their vehicles During the Rally, service vehicles must bear SERVICE, plates. Vehicles without such stickers are not allowed to enter the Service Park. Inside of all Service Parks the staff charged by the Competitors must wear (in a very visible way) their neck bracelet supplied by the Organizers at the delivery materials General Regulations for the Assistance and Refueling The assistance, repairing and refueling is permitted only if carried out: a) in all Special Stages: By the crew of the concerned car By the crews of another entered car still in race. b) in all Road Sections: By the crew of the concerned car By the crews of another entered car still in race. By the crew of assistance vehicles regularly engaged and identified by the SERVICE plates supplied by the Organizer. c) in the Service and Refueling Parks/ Gas Stations By the crew of the concerned car By the crews of another entered car still in race. By the crew of assistance vehicles regularly engaged and identified by the SERVICE plates supplied by the Organizer Any infringement of servicing and refueling rules will be signalized by the selected officers to the Stewards of the Meeting. For any infringement a penalty at the discretion of the Stewards of the Meeting, including exclusion may be imposed. 15. Protests, appeals All protests and appeals must be made according to the procedures of OMAE Regulations Protests must be made in a written form, delivered to the Clerk of the Course and accompanied by a payment deposit of 1500 EURO. The deposit will be returned if the protest is proven right If the protest requires a partial or total car disassembly the deposit value will be determined by the Stewards at the Technical Delegate request If the protest is not proven right and the protest consideration costs exceed the deposit paid, the difference will be covered by the protestor. In case the protest consideration costs are lower than the deposit, the difference will be returned to the protestor. [22]

Final Checks Location: City of Florina, central square where Ceremonial Finish will take place Date: Sunday as indicated in official race timetable The vehicles designated by the Stewards will be taken to the Detailed Final Scrutineering directly after Rally Finish. The crews appointed to the Scrutineering must follow the Organizer s directions. Competitors are obliged to provide proper equipment [23]

24 (including all sealed spare parts), at least one representative of the competitor and an appropriate number of mechanics during final checks. 18. Classifications - Results Provisional final classification will be published on the Official Notice Board on Sunday, June 5th, 2016 at 17: Classifications during RALLY GREECE OFFROAD 2016: Classification results, Starting List after Prologue, Partial Unofficial Classification of Leg 1, Partial Unofficial Classification of Leg 2, Partial Unofficial Classification of Leg 3, Official Final classification. 19. Prizes Prize giving ceremony: Prize giving ceremony will be held on June 5th 2016, at 17:30, in Central Square of Florina Each competitor is obliged to care of proper setting of completion of the event through proper behavior of him and his team members, personal participation in the prize giving ceremony and receiving the cups being dressed in rally suit Prizes: 1 st,2 nd,3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th place in General Classification 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in category T1 Classification - 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in category T2 Classification 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in categoryt3 Classification 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in category TH Classification 2 cups per crew 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in class TH.1 Classification 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in class TH.2 Classification 2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in category Z1-2 cups per crew, 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, place in category SSV- 2 cups per crew, 1 st place among same nationality Competitors 2 cups per crew For all other places of any Group, Class Twin metals 20. Final provisions The organizer does not take any liability for damages and losses occurred to competitors or caused by them towards third persons through all Rally. By signing the entry form the competitors with their service crews declare that they have carefully studied and understood regulations and rules applied to this race, obedience to [24]
