2 ARTICLE 1 ORGANISATION The 208 Rally Cup is organised by AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT, a société anonyme under French law, with headquarters at 7 rue Henri Sainte-Claire, Rueil-Malmaison, France, and registered as a company in Nanterre, France, under the number B , and hereinafter referred to as PEUGEOT SPORT. The 208 Rally Cup is an FFSA-sanctioned single-make series which is being organised for the sixth time in The calendar of this single-make series comprises qualifying rounds which count towards the: - French Rally Championship, - French Gravel Rally Championship. Competitors in the 208 Rally Cup come under the jurisdiction of the following regulations: 1. The FIA International Sporting Code, 2. The FFSA regulations covering rallies which take place on French territory, 3. The specific regulations published by the organising club of rallies which take place on French territory, 4. These regulations. In the eventuality of a difference in the interpretation between these sporting regulations, the terms of the International Sporting Code and the FFSA regulations, the latter take precedence. All modifications to the present regulations must be approved by the FFSA. The 208 Rally Cup is for 2018-specification 208 R2s as defined in Article 7 of these regulations and in the Rally Cup Technical Regulations. The 208 Rally Cup single-make series is open to all drivers and co-drivers who hold a valid national or international competition licence issued by the FFSA or who hold an international competition licence issued by a non-french ASN on the condition that the rallies which make up the calendar are NEAFP-registered. However, in the case where the driver is listed as an FIA Priority A, FIA Priority B or FIA Priority 2 driver, the crew will not count towards the 208 Rally Cup classification (see Article 1.4). In all cases, the competition licence must be presented at documentation checks before each rally. The Rally Cup Technical Regulations are an integral part of the present regulations. Anything which is not expressly authorised by the present regulations is not permitted. Official language The official language for the interpretation of these regulations is French Registration Should a driver or co-driver who has registered for or who intends to register for the 208 Rally Cup have been convicted of a penal offence or crime in the past 10 years, he or she must inform Peugeot Sport. In accordance with Article 74 of the International Sporting Code, Peugeot Sport reserves the right to refuse the participation in rallies counting towards the 208 Rally Cup to any prospective or registered driver or co-driver who has been convicted of a penal offence or crime likely to be prejudicial to the image of Peugeot Sport or of the 208 Rally Cup. 3 then follow the following tabs: Home page > Technical parts > Cup Registration > 208 Rally Cup Then complete the following fields as appropriate: DRIVER REGISTRATION = 950 (inclusive of VAT) CO-DRIVER REGISTRATION = 950 (inclusive of VAT) RALLYCUP Découverte = 600 (inclusive of VAT) RALLYCUP COMPLEMENT DECOUVERTE (from second participation, up to the Rallye Mont Blanc) = 1,300 (inclusive of VAT) RALLYCUP RALLYE DES CARDABELLES (50% off) = 300 (inclusive of VAT) RALLYCUP RALLYE DU VAR (50% off) = 300 (inclusive of VAT) Payment by cheque will not be accepted Peugeot Sport will notify the crew if their entry has been accepted or rejected, by , within the timeframe stipulated in Article 74 of the International Sporting Code. Peugeot Sport reserves the right to refuse any entry without having to justify the reason for its refusal. The entry fee of 1,900 per crew covers the entry fee for the Rally Cup for the driver and co-driver, plus the supply of a 2018-collection race suit, a 2018-collection flame-resistant underwear top and a set of 2018-collection clothing for each crew member. Payment of the entry fee also covers the following services on events: - The presence of a truck carrying spare mechanical parts - Technical assistance - Hospitality facilities for the crew and its team - Sporting assistance and the guarantee of a level sporting and technical playing field. Entry fees will be debited and are non-refundable. If, for any reason, the driver chooses to change his or her co-driver in the course of the season, the new co-driver will be required to pay the sum of 50 to cover hire of a race suit. No additional set of clothing will be provided. A deposit of 800 will also be required. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the loaned race suit. A Découverte (Discovery) entry fee of 600 is possible if a crew wishes to compete in just one 208 Rally Cup event. This fee will cover the loan of a race suit for each crew member (a deposit of 800 per crew member is required). The crew will be eligible for prizes and points (with the exception of Article 1.5). A Complément Découverte (Additional Discovery) entry fee of 1,300 is possible if the same crew wishes to take part in a second 208 Rally Cup event (up to the Rallye Mont Blanc). This fee will cover the supply of a 2018-collection race suit, a 2018-collection flame-resistant underwear top and a set of 2018-collection clothing for each crew member. By signing the entry fee, the crew agrees to abide by the terms, letter and spirit of these regulations and of the 2018 Technical Regulations. The only contact for Peugeot Sport will be the competitor who has registered for the 208 Rally Cup as the driver. Drivers may be accompanied or represented by their co-driver or by any other person of their choice. 1.2 Good Conduct Charter Drivers, co-drivers and all members of their respective teams undertake to honour the terms of the Good Conduct Charter for the duration of every rally, including recce, shakedown, scrutineering, the event itself, briefing meetings, podium ceremonies and prize-giving ceremonies: - Compliance of the car with the Technical Regulations, - Compliance with the General Prescriptions of the FFSA, - Compliance with the timetable of the specific arrangements of individual rally organisers, Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

4 - Respect for people who live along the rally route and their property, as well as for other road users, - Respect for other competitors, - Respect for officials and representatives of the FFSA, rally organisers and Peugeot Sport. More generally, no harm will be tolerated to the reputation or interests of Peugeot Sport, its management or partners, nor to the normal relations that all competitors are expected to maintain with rally organisers, or with representatives of the FFSA or the FIA. In case of failure to comply with the Good Conduct Charter, Peugeot Sport reserves the right to exclude a competitor, either: From the Rally Cup, From the rally where failure to comply with the Good Conduct Charter occurred, Or from the remaining rally or rallies. In the case of exclusion from a rally, the driver in question will not be eligible to score any points or claim any prizes relating to the rally in question. Furthermore, it will not be possible to discount the rally in question when calculating the end-of-season overall classification Availability of the regulations and documents published by Peugeot Sport The website is the official website for the publication of useful information concerning the 208 Rally Cup s sporting and technical documents (also available at press releases, results and classifications, etc. The procedure to access the information available on the website is explained along with Peugeot Sport s confirmation of registration for the 208 Rally Cup. Moreover, in order to speed up and facilitate communication between Peugeot Sport and crews registered for the 208 Rally Cup, it is mandatory for each driver and co-driver to provide their address in clearly legible block capitals along with their entry form. No correspondence will be forwarded by post Guest crews or competing crews who do not count towards the classification Peugeot Sport reserves the right to enter one or more Peugeot Sport Guest crews. Such guest crews will appear in the rally s overall classification but will not qualify for any points or prizes. With regard to the awarding of points and prizes, crews classified behind a guest crew will be considered to have finished one position higher Entry for the last two rallies of 2018 To be eligible to score points for the 208 Rally Cup on the last two rallies of the 2018 calendar, competitors must have appeared on the list of crews authorised to start at least one of the previous events counting towards the Rally Cup. Should this not be the case, the competitor will not be eligible to score points and all competitors classified behind this competitor in the rally s classification will be considered to have finished one position higher and to have scored the corresponding number of points. However, the awarding of prizes is not subject to having taken part in a previous rally. ARTICLE 2 THE 2018 CALENDAR - March 30-April 1: Rallye Terre des Causses (gravel) - May 18-20: Rallye d Antibes (asphalt) - June 14-16: Rallye Terre du Diois (gravel) - July 5-7: Rallye du Rouergue (asphalt) - September 6-8: Rallye du Mont Blanc (asphalt) - October 12-14: Rallye Terre des Cardabelles (gravel) - November 22-25: Rallye du Var (asphalt) Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

5 * Should one or more rally on the above calendar not be organised, Peugeot Sport and the FFSA will jointly examine the possibility of including an alternative rally, while at the same time reserving the right not to replace a rally that is not organised. ARTICLE 3 - POINTS AND PRIZES FOR EACH RALLY 3.1. Overall positions After each rally, as a function of the final classification, points and prizes will be awarded in accordance with the table below: Final position Points Peugeot Sport prize 1 st 20 6,500* 2 nd 15 4,000* 3 rd 12 3,000* 4 th 10 2,000* 5 th 8 1,500* 6 th 6 1,200* 7 th 4 1,000* 8 th 3 800* 9 th (fuel vouchers) 10 th (fuel vouchers) Highest number of stage wins 3 - *50% of this amount is paid in the form of Peugeot Sport Racing Shop purchase vouchers Awarding of cumulative additional points Three additional points are awarded to the driver who posts the highest number of fastest stage times in the 208 Rally Cup classification on each rally, even if the driver fails to reach the finish. Under no circumstances will a notional time be considered as a fastest stage time. If two or more drivers claim the same number of fastest stage times, the points are awarded to the driver who posted the faster time on the first stage of the rally. A competitor who is not eligible to score points based on the overall classification (see Article 1.5.) will not be eligible to score the three points for scoring the highest number of fastest stage times. In such an eventuality, the three additional points will not be awarded Loyalty Prize presented by our partner MICHELIN To reward the loyalty of crews during the Rally Cup, our partner MICHELIN will award lots in the form of tyres. These lots consist of: Two tyres for the fourth effective participation in a rally counting towards the Rally Cup, Two tyres for the fifth effective participation in a rally counting towards the Rally Cup. Two tyres for the sixth effective participation in a rally counting towards the Rally Cup. Two tyres for the seventh effective participation in a rally counting towards the Rally Cup Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

6 ARTICLE 4 CLASSIFICATIONS The overall classification established for drivers competing in the 208 Rally Cup after each rally will result in the awarding of prizes which will be identical for each rally of the calendar (see table, Article 3.1). The overall classification established after each rally for drivers competing in the 208 Rally Cup will result in the awarding of points for registered 208 Rally Cup drivers Number of rallies to count The Rally Cup is based on a calendar of seven rallies. The two least good results of each driver will be discounted at the end of the season. NOTE: the result of a rally from which a driver has been excluded will not count as one of the discounted rallies (see Article 1.2, Good Conduct Charter) Ties At the end of the season, any ties will be resolved by the highest number of 1 st places obtained. If there is still a tie, the order will be settled by the number of rallies where the driver involved scored the highest number of stage wins. Then, if necessary, by the highest number of 2 nd, 3 rd, etc. places obtained. If this process does not settle the tie, the winner will be decided by the respective positions obtained on the first rally that the tied crews contested together Winner decided before the end of the season Should the winner of the 208 Rally Cup classification or the winner of the Junior classification be settled before the end of the complete season, the winner must compete in all the remaining rallies which count towards the Rally Cup. Failure to do so will result in the driver not being eligible for the prizes awarded at the end of the season (see Article 5). ARTICLE 5 END OF SEASON PRIZES U27 (under 27 years old in the course of the year) A special prize will be awarded to the winner of the overall classification at the end of the Rally Cup, subject to the winner being born on or after January 1, This prize will take the form of a programme in 2019 organised by PSA Motorsport Division A driver who has previously won the 208 Rally Cup may not win this prize. Previous 208 Rally Cup winners will only be able to compete in the Pilote Expert category U23 (under 23 years old in the course of the year) A special prize will be awarded to the winner of the U23 classification at the end of the Rally Cup, subject to the winner being classified between second and fifth places in the overall standings. This prize is also subject to there being a minimum of five drivers registered for the U23 class for the season in question. It also subject to the driver being born on or after January 1, This prize will take the form of a programme of six ERC3 events in 2019 in a Peugeot 208 R2, organised by PSA Motorsport Division. A driver who has previously won the former Pilote Junior prize may not win this prize. Previous winners of the Pilote Junior prize will only be able to compete in the U27 category. This prize cannot be cumulated with the U27 prize. If the winner of the U23 classification also wins the overall classification; the U23 prize will not be awarded to the second-best Junior driver Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

7 5.3. Pilote Expert (27 years old or more) A special prize will be awarded to the winner of the Pilote Expert classification at the end of the Rally Cup if the winner was born before January 1, This prize will take the form of a participation at Rencontres Peugeot Sport meeting in a 208 Racing Cup prepared by PSA Poissy. ARTICLE 6 END OF SEASON PRIZES 2 (2018) Rally Cup overall final positions Prizes will be awarded as a function of the final classification at the end of the Rally Cup in accordance with the table below: Final position Peugeot Sport prize 1 st See Article 5 2 nd Racing Shop purchase vouchers of a value of 8,000* 3 rd Racing Shop purchase vouchers of a value of 3,000* * If the driver who comes second or third is the winner of the U23 classification, the above prizes for second or third places will not be cumulated with the end of season prize described in Article 5. In this eventuality, the corresponding prize will not be awarded to the following driver in the classification. ARTICLE 7 AUTHORISED CAR Peugeot 208 1,598cc Type EP6C engine European type-approval FIA homologation number A5743 dated 01/10 /2012. At all times during rallies which count towards the Rally Cup, cars must comply with the Rally Cup Technical Regulations. ARTICLE 8 ENTRIES COMPETITION NUMBERS Crews must enter the R2 class (normally-aspirated 1.6-litre engines) directly with the rally organiser. They come under the overall jurisdiction of the rally. In order for competitors in a single-make competition to be eligible for an entry on a priority basis, it is necessary to comply with the entry dates specified in the regulations. For the first round of the calendar, competition numbers and start orders (for Leg 1) will not be based on the FFSA s priority driver lists but on a list produced by Peugeot Sport. For the following rallies, competition numbers and start orders (for Leg 1) will be specified by Peugeot Sport based on the provisional 208 Rally Cup classification and not on the FFSA s priority driver lists. Non-classified drivers will start after classified drivers. Start orders are subject to the approval of the Sporting Stewards of the rally in question. ARTICLE 9 ENTRIES FOR A EUROPEAN 208 RALLY CUP In cases where an event counts towards more than one 208 Rally Cup, competitors are eligible for the points and prizes relating to the classification of the 208 Rally Cup for which they have registered. If a crew that has registered for a 208 Rally Cup not organised in France wishes to take part in the French 208 Rally Cup, it must register with Peugeot Sport. The crew will benefit from a reduction of 1,000 with regard to the entry fee (driver + co-driver). This lower entry fee will not include the supply of a race suit, flame-resistant underwear top or clothing set. This Article applies only to a 208 Rally Cup which is backed by official partners of Peugeot Sport. ARTICLE 10 RECCE Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

8 The regulations concerning the recce of events which count towards the 208 Rally Cup are covered by the General Prescriptions of the FFSA and the specific regulations of individual rallies. Accordingly, any infringement relating to these regulations will result in a sanction which may include the exclusion of the crew from the 208 Rally Cup of the year in question. Use of the services of a Safety Crew by a 208 Rally Cup competitor is strictly forbidden. ARTICLE 11 RALLY2 RULING In accordance with Article of the regulations covering the French Rally Championship, competitors taking part in an event which counts towards the French Rally Championship or French Gravel Rally Championship may re-join the event in accordance with the conditions specified in the aforementioned Article. They will not, however, be eligible for 208 Rally Cup points. Their start order for the following leg will be decided by the Sporting Stewards. ARTICLE 12 IDENTIFICATION Image rights Participating in an event which counts towards the 208 Rally Cup automatically implies that the company Automobiles Peugeot and partners of the 208 Rally Cup are authorised to use the name, voice and/or image of the driver and codriver, as well as their performance, results and images of their car for all public relations, promotional of advertising purposes. This provision applies worldwide The car It is mandatory for cars to display advertising in accordance with the 208 Rally Cup branding plan for the season in question. No branding may appear in forbidden zones (outlined in red in the branding plan provided in the appendix). In addition to mandatory advertising, drivers may use other parts of the car (in accordance with the General Prescriptions for FFSA rallies with FFSA Technical Regulations) to display additional advertising, on the condition that such advertising complies with the other advertising prescriptions of Peugeot Sport and that permission is obtained beforehand from Peugeot Sport. Such advertising must not clash with the advertising of Peugeot or of the partners of the 208 Rally Cup. Cars that are incorrectly branded or dirty, or which have damaged bodywork will not count towards the 208 Rally Cup classification. The 208 Rally Cup scrutineer will check each car and complete a conformity report which will be handed to the 208 Rally Cup manager. Branding sticker sets are provided free of charge to 208 Rally Cup Entrants by Peugeot Sport Peugeot Sport race suits, underwear and clothing At all rallies counting towards the 208 Rally Cup, drivers and co-drivers must wear a 2018-collection race suit, a flameresistant underwear top (Peugeot Sport) and bottom (supplied personally) and 2018-collection clothing featuring the branding of Peugeot Sport and its partners. Race suits and clothing must display all the logos in compliance with the branding plan for the season in question. In addition to the mandatory logos, drivers and co-drivers may wear other logos on the condition that they comply with the other applicable advertising prescriptions. These logos may not clash with the advertising of Peugeot or of the partners of the 208 Rally Cup Peugeot Sport provides each driver and co-driver registered for the 208 Rally Cup with a set of Peugeot Sport clothing. The race suit, flame-resistant underwear top and clothing set are provided to each driver and co-driver for their first participation. Under no circumstances may the branding plan for the race suits as specified by Peugeot Sport be modified by competitors. During podium ceremonies, the driver and co-driver must wear 2018-collection race suits and agree to carry any branding which is provided to them by the 208 Rally Cup manager or its partners (the MICHELIN podium cap is notably mandatory). The wearing of branded clothing with the logo or name of a rival brand is strictly forbidden throughout the rally. Should crew members or their followers wear clothing carrying the logos or names of rivals to Peugeot, its partners or its network may be refused access to Peugeot Sport s facilities or, in the case of a second offence, be excluded from the 208 Rally Cup by Peugeot Sport Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

9 The wearing of Peugeot Sport clothing is mandatory throughout the event. Competitors who fail to abide by the stipulations of this Article will not figure in the 208 Rally Cup classification and will be ineligible for points and prizes. All clothing used must comply in all respects with FFSA regulations. All drivers and co-drivers competing on an event must wear clothing as specified in the FFSA regulations. All clothing must comply in every respect with FFSA regulations. FFSA regulations can be consulted on the FFSA website: 1. REGLEMENTATION ET SECURITE / REGLEMENTATION SPORTIVE / REGLEMENTATION RALLYE / EQUIPEMENTS DE SECURITE RALLYE ( The wearing of the race suit provided by Peugeot Sport is mandatory HANS device and flame-resistance underwear. Wearing a HANS device is mandatory for all drivers and co-drivers in compliance with the procedures published by the FFSA (FIA Technical List N 25 for HANS devices, FIA Technical List N 29 for helmets, HANS device fitting instructions). Flame-resistant underwear is mandatory for all drivers and co-drivers in compliance with FIA Technical List N 27. These documents can be obtained from the FFSA, notably on its website ( ARTICLE 13 TECHNICAL SCRUTINEERING AND DOCUMENTATION CHECKS Cars competing in the 208 Rally Cup come under the jurisdiction of the officials of the rallies in which they compete. With the consent of the rally s Sporting Stewards, Peugeot Sport may carry out technical inspection checks before, during or after a rally. Technical scrutineering and documentation checks are carried out at every round of the 208 Rally Cup. IMPORTANT: No crew will be authorised to take part in the rally if the following obligations have not been met: Documentation checks carried out by rally organisers. Both the driver and co-driver must be in possession of the following documents at documentation checks: - A valid competition licence for the year in question (see Article 1), - A valid driving licence Technical scrutineering It is mandatory to comply with the specified scrutineering timetable. Failure to do so will result in a penalty in accordance with the FFSA s 2018 General Prescriptions. It is mandatory to provide the following documents at Technical Scrutineering: - The car s individual FFSA passport, - The car s homologation document which must remain inside the car for the duration of the rally, - The driver and co-driver s safety equipment (gloves, helmets, race suits, flame-resistant underwear, HANS devices, etc.), - The 208 Rally Cup Technical Scrutineering form Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

10 Before the rally Technical scrutineering will cover the following points: Safety checks, Presence of partner branding, Certain preventive conformity checks, Presence of engine and ECU seals (see Articles 4.1 and 4.5 of the 208 Rally Cup Technical Regulations). During and after the rally With the consent of the Sporting Stewards of the rally, spot checks will be carried out during the rally, as well as after the rally within the framework of post-event scrutineering. The FFSA Technical Scrutineer delegated to work with the brand will submit a report to the Clerk of the Course for forwarding to the Sporting Stewards who have the power to take any measures they deem necessary within the framework of either the rally or the 208 Rally Cup. Reminder Submitting a car for technical scrutineering is considered to be a declaration that the car complies with the regulations. The onus is on the Entrant to prove to the Technical Scrutineers and Sporting Stewards that its car complies fully with the regulations at all times during the rally. If the competitor is unable to carry out any dismantling work requested by the scrutineer, the vehicle will be declared non-compliant. IMPORTANT: Entrants must make at least one mechanic available to the FFSA Technical Scrutineer delegated to follow the 208 Rally Cup for any dismantling work that may be required. After technical scrutineering, if the car is declared to be conform, any parts that may be necessary for the rebuild will be provided by PEUGEOT SPORT Removal of parts or assemblies Before, during or after a rally, with the consent of the Sporting Stewards of the rally, Peugeot Sport may also seal certain parts or remove parts or assemblies. The purpose of sealing parts, or removing parts or assemblies is to check the car s conformity. The Entrant and/or its representative are authorised to attend the dismantling of the car or the inspection of removed parts. In the case of a dispute or a doubt concerning a part or assembly, Peugeot Sport may forward the part or assembly in question to a technical centre or to the preparation company of its choice for a detailed inspection. The FFSA scrutineer delegated to follow the 208 Rally Cup will submit a report to the Clerk of the Course for forwarding to the President of the Sporting Stewards of the rally within the timeframe specified in the appropriate FFSA regulations. The EP6C engines of cars which take part in the 208 Rally Cup are sealed in compliance with the procedure defined by Peugeot Sport. Peugeot Sport reserves the right to seal any other part or assembly. In the case of compliance with the 208 Rally Cup Technical Regulations, the removed part or assembly is forwarded to the customer at no charge to the latter. In the case of non-compliance, the Entrant must pay the full cost of reestablishing the conformity of the part or assembly. Infractions relating to the 208 Rally Cup Technical Regulations will result in points and prizes not being awarded for the rally in question and/or permanent exclusion from the 208 Rally Cup. Crews classified behind an excluded competitor move up one position in the final classification. IMPORTANT: any part that is sealed must remain sealed throughout the season. Seals are the responsibility of the competitor (driver). Failure to abide by this regulation will result in the immediate exclusion of the competitor from the rally. Selection of car(s) for inspection: Upon authorisation of the Sporting Stewards: 1. Following a request by the FFSA scrutineer, 2. Based on certain performance considerations noted in the course of the rally, 3. Based on the overall classification, 4. For any other reason expressed by the Peugeot Sport Manager, Rally Cup Sporting Regulations

11 5. By a random draw, 6. Following an official protest (in accordance with the procedure described in the FFSA regulations) Penalties A driver who is excluded from a rally following a sporting or technical infringement will not be eligible to score points or win a prize after the rally in question. The driver will not be allowed to discount the rally in question (see Article 1.2). Furthermore, depending on the gravity of the infringement, Peugeot Sport reserves the right to refuse the driver s entries for the following rallies Appeals Entrants, whatever their nationality, have the right to appeal a penalty or a decision that is taken by the sporting stewards during a rally.
