Administered by CARS Program Summary Subaru is an Official Contingency sponsor of the 2016 Canadian Rally Championship. The program will ensure that all participating Subaru teams competing in the Canadian Rally Championship (CRC) in 2016 will benefit financially. This program is optional. This program is open to all Subaru entries regardless of home country. One-time pre-registration is mandatory for participation in the program. This program is in effect for all 2016 Canadian Rally Championship events. To register, download the registration form and the name and likeness release from the CARS website: Program Registration Information This program is being administered by CARS for Subaru Canada. Send completed registration form and name and likeness release to Terry Epp prior to your first event. Questions regarding the program should be directed to Terry Epp at (905) or by fax at (905) or via at Vehicle Eligibility This program is open to all Subaru cars, regardless of make, model or year.

2 2 Subaru Contingency Program Award Details for 2016 The Subaru Six Star Prize Program It awards the top six Subaru finishers in every event of the CRC national series, regardless of their overall finish in the rally. Payouts are as follows: First place $1,000 Second place $900 Third place $800 Fourth place $700 Fifth place $600 Sixth place $500 The Subaru Super-Six Star Prize Program. This program will pay out as follows: An additional $1,000 will be awarded to every Subaru entry that finishes in the top six overall at any CRC national event. The Subaru Start Line Fund It provides a cash award to every Subaru entry that starts a CRC national rally, but places outside the top six Subarus. $250 to each Subaru starter Year end Canadian Champion Award Subaru driver winning the Canadian Championship in Production 4WD will receive additional cash prize. First place: $1,500 The Subaru President s Trophy. It will recognize the top overall Subaru driver in the CRC series. First place: $3,000. In addition: For second and third place overall Subaru finishers in the CRC series $2,000 and $1,000 awards respectively

3 3 Awards Information: The use of the word entrant is meant to be inclusive in terms of the driver and co-driver. All awards will be presented in the driver s name. Six Star Prize, Super-Six Star Prize and Start Line payouts will be mailed to the driver within seven days of the event by the CARS office. The Subaru President s Trophy winner will be the highest placing Subaru driver in the final, overall CRC standings (Points are awarded for the top ten overall finishing positions: 20,15,12,10,8,6,4,3,2,1. In addition, one point is awarded for starting each CRC event, and one point for finishing each event.). The second and third place overall Subaru finisher award winners will be calculated the same manner. Each winning driver must have earned all accredited CRC points by competing in a Subaru. The Year End Canadian Production 4WD Champion s award will be presented to the Subaru driver winning the Canadian Championship in the Production 4WD class (scoring as per NRR ). The Subaru President s Trophy and Year End Canadian Champion Production 4WD Awards will be presented at the CARS awards banquet in January, 2016 (Should there be a tie between two or more drivers, NNR will apply). CARS and Subaru will be the final arbitrators in case of dispute. Subaru factory sponsored efforts (Canada and US) will be ineligible for participation in this program.

5 Name and Likeness Release for the 2016 Subaru Contingency Program In consideration of acceptance of the terms and conditions of participating in the Subaru Contingency Program, I hereby give Subaru Canada, Inc. and its licensees, designees and assignees (collectively: Subaru), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, record and/or portray my name, voice, portrayal and/or likeness in connection with the Subaru Contingency Program and/or The Canadian Rally Championship (collectively: the Material) and to use the Material as follows: 1. To use the Material for promotional or advertising purposes relating to Subaru, the Canadian Rally Championship or both. 2. To use, incorporate, broadcast, distribute, re-use, publish, re-publish, alter and/or edit the Material and/or my name, likeness and portrayal in whole or in part, severally on in conjunction with other material for any purpose and in any manner as Subaru so chooses in any and all media. 3. Subaru has no obligation to use the Material, my name, voice or likeness. I represent and warrant that I have the right to grant Subaru the above-mentioned rights without obtaining the permission of, or making any payments to, any third party or entity. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Subaru. I hereby release you from, and covenant not to sue you for, any claim or cause of action, whether known or unknown, for libel, slander, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality, or any other claim or cause of action, based upon or relating to the use of the Material or the exercise of any of the rights referred to herein. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subaru and any person claiming under Subaru, and the officers, directors, shareholders and employees thereof, from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs (including without limitation attorneys' fees) and expenses arising in connection with any breach or alleged breach by me of any of the above representations, warranties or agreement hereunder.
