5 CAPONORD 1200 Travel Pack: Main Features Cruise Control Painted integrated side bags Aprilia Dynamic Damping The system, covered by 4 patents, measures the energy transmitted to the wheels from the roughness of the road and reacts in real time, adjusting the damping of both fork and rear shock. This dynamic damping reaction maximizes comfort in every riding condition, and combined to the other vehicle dynamic strategies,maximizes handling and increases riding pleasure and safety. 7 CAPONORD 1200: Engine The throttle bodies have been completely redesigned, now 52 mm in diameter and equipped with dual injectors for each cylinder. This new configuration allows a better control of the filling and consequently a more efficient combustion, increasing significantly the engine torque and the quality of the engine response rpm rpm

8 CAPONORD 1200: Engine The final drive ratio has been lengthened, to increase the Caponord kilometers grinding ability, without renouncing the quick response and acceleration capabilities, which remain high, thanks to the improvement of the quality of torque delivery of the engine. An electronic-controlled exhaust valve smooths torque delivery and releases the aggressive roar of the engine when power is needed. The system is capable of radically changing the character of the engine, acting on parameters such as engine braking, maximum power deliveryand throttle response, so that the rider actually gets 3 bikes in 1.
