In true BMW Adventure form, the new GS is the clear choice for riders that desire a bike that can do it all in a light and nimble package. Large fuel capacity, excellent protection from the elements and an aggressive design are just a few of the attributes that make the F 800 GS Adventure unique. The new F 800 GS Adventure marks an early start to our Model Year 2014 lineup, further supporting strong 2013 sales growth. It adds to the current line of motorcycles: There are now 18 models for your customers to choose from. And most importantly, the new GS responds to your customers that wanted the looks and functionality of a BMW Adventure bike on the nimbler F 800 GS platform.

Pricing and Equipment: Overview One Trim Level The new F 800 GS Adventure is configured to be ordered in Premium Package trim, helping reduce the number of variants for your store: one trim level, two colors. Special Ordering o o Dealer First Supply (DFS) units are configured in Fully Loaded trim and NB6 color Sand Rover Matt with Black / Sand Rover Seat (see Pricing and Equipment section below). Following Dealer First Supply orders, you can modify your pipeline orders by adding or deleting equipment / options per any special needs or customer requests you may have. Product Detail BMW has been perfecting the adventure motorcycle ever since its first R 1150 GS Adventure boxer in Now, the F 800 GS Adventure offers a new and exciting alternative for riders that want an agile machine that is also perfectly suited for long journeys. It is the right tool for riders that want nimbleness paired with long distance comfort, ruggedness and big fuel capacity to reach faraway places. 5 The standard fuel tank protection bars provide additional protection to the large rear fuel tank. The fuel tank protection bars double as saddle bag mounts for the accessory aluminum side cases. The new Adventure seat height is only 0.4 inches taller than the F 800 GS: 35.0 inches for the Adventure versus 34.6 inches for the regular F 800 GS. 6 Wide enduro foot pegs with rubber insert for on-road riding comfort. The enduro foot peg rubber insert can be removed for optimal boot traction, especially when riding off road. Over 300 miles of range between fuel stops allows riders to explore deeper into the unknown, or simply ride more between refills. A high windscreen and new, larger side panels offer enhanced wind and weather protection. Longer rides will seem less tiring thanks to better wind and weather protection. Standard hand guards help keep hands warm and also offer an additional level of protection when riding off-road. Wide enduro foot rests, adjustable foot brake lever, taller and more comfortable seat, all add to a true BMW Adventure bike. The Adventure is noticeably wider when seen from the front or back, making a strong statement. The new side covers and large fuel tank clearly communicate the Adventure capabilities.
