1 GENERAL AGREEMENT ACCORD GENERAL SUR RESTRICTED ON TARIFFS AND LES TARIFS DOUANIERS A f'\ 29 February 1980 TRADE ET LE COMMERCE special Distribution Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft COMMUNICATION BY JAPM The following communication has been received on 22 February 1980 from the Permanent Delegation of Japan. # Pursuant to the statement in the 20 February meeting of the Committee on Trade in Civil Aircraft, the Government of Japan hereby communicates to the Signatories to the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft the list of Statistical Code Numbers (1980) corresponding to the products listed in the Annex to the said Agreement. This list is just for the convenience of foreign exporters, and it should not be regarded as a legal Japanese concession list. Accord relatif au commerce des aéronefs civils COMMUNICATION DU JAPON m La délégation permanente du Japon a fait parvenir au secrétariat la communication ci-après en date du 22 février Conformément à la déclaration faite lors de la réunion que le Comité du commerce des aéronefs civils a tenue le 20 février, le gouvernement japonais communique ci-après aux signataires de l'accord relatif au commerce des aéronefs civils la liste des numéros de code statistique (1980) correspondant aux produits repris dans l'annexe dudit accord. Cette liste a pour seul objet de faciliter la tâche des exportateurs étrangers et ne doit pas être considérée comme une liste de concessions japonaises ayant force de loi.
