5 All process data, such as force-displacement curves, are saved in a database, guaranteeing 100% traceability during production. Measurement windows Rectangular windows are used to detect maximum, minimum and average values within a zone and compare them with tolerance limits. Curve entry and exit points to and from the window can also be monitored, e.g. entry through the left and exit through the top, or only an entry through the bottom of the window. Boundary Curves Easily editable Upper and lower boundaries monitor an entire press area. Process values that exceed or fall short of boundary curves break off the joining operation and trigger a NOK message. Each function in the list of steps has its own configuration window and is freely programmable. Quality management with statistics software for precision parts and safety-related assemblies 100% Quality control All force and displacement data are stored and compared with nominal values. If tolerance limits (windows or boundary curves) are exceeded, an error message is displayed. The process data can be displayed, saved, statistically evaluated and printed out. 100% Process documentation The evaluation and archiving of process data is done via ethernet using SQL, ORACLE or ACCESS systems. 7 ced Example recipe for pinion assembly A pinion assembly with multiple components can be programmed in a single recipe using mutliple program steps. After every joining operation, the security door opens and the machine operator places the next part in the workstation. Depending on the part, an automatic tool change is handled by the press. 8 Compact manual workstations for production workshops Modern industrial PC with 17" touch panel Mounted directly on the press, the control panel is easily used at the touch of a finger. Valuable desk space is freed up for parts and tools. Rapid production thanks to electrical safety door When the start button is pressed, the acrylic glass door seals the workspace. The door's closing speed can be optimized for shorter cycle run times. If the closing door is interrupted by the operators hand or another foreign object, the press cycle is automatically aborted. The next piece can be prepared by the operator while the press completes its cycle. Highest security standards - Type tested - CE-conform For servo presses where parts are placed manually, personal security is mandatory.
