Your lab should have reported for the weeks between 8/10/2013 and 1/18/2014. Reports should be submitted every week even if your lab has not performed any testing so we are aware of the activity in your lab. Check the No RSV Tests Available Box on your reporting form or on the screen of ReportNowOnLine.com Weekly test results must be submitted by Tuesday for your week ending report date by 2:00 pm in order for your data to be included in the current weekly report. Your site has 7 days from the week ending date (each Saturday) to submit results to IMS. If lab results are not received, your site will receive a communication reminding you to submit your data. If your lab has not submitted 24 weeks of testing for the program please help us update our data. You can submit missed weeks on fax forms to or your reports to rsvalert@us.imshealth.com If you are truant please submit your data as soon as possible. Labs will be contacted by phone when reports are pass due. We will assist in any way we can to help you get your data caught up in our system.
