1 FLAGSTAFF FACILITY Swap of current ADOT facilities in Flagstaff for new space in a repurposed Harkins theatre. Construction work on new ADOT facility will begin in fall. Expected move-in date for ADOT is winter of FREEWAY LIGHTING ADOT preparing to shift all metro Phoenix highway lighting to LEDs, and include a monitoring system and long term maintenance. Draft technical provisions currently being developed. Procurement expected in first half of STORMWATER PUMP SYSTEM REHAB ADOT is working on a design-buildmaintain procurement to replace and repair entire Phoenix freeway stormwater pumping system. Market sounding activities expected to begin in first quarter of Procurement anticipated in mid-2017.

2 SOLAR POWER FACILITY ADOT is considering solar for several Phoenix building complexes,as well as solar generation on some excess right of way. A Request for Information is currrently on the street, with responses due on Sept 2. One on one meetings with potential responders scheduled for Sept 27 and 28. Based on level of interest and responses, ADOT will determine how I-17 MANAGED LANES Sketch level traffic and revenue analysis will help determine whether two additional tolled lanes are viable for I-17 from New River to Cordes Junction. The initial analysis is expected to be complete in September.

3 SR-30 Analysis is about to begin on options for possibly tolling SR 30, the I-10 reliever in the west valley. Completed analysis expected in early Results will inform future actions. SR-189 and Nogales projects Environmental study and initial design will be complete this fall. Design and cost options are also expected later this year on two addditional projects to facilitate truck movements in Nogales. State funding for a substantial portion of the project will be available, but there is potential interest in using border crossing fees to cover the remaining costs of these improvements. A final decision including community input will take place in Depending on the decision, work will move forward in 2019 or 2021.

4 I-15 BRIDGES/TOLLING ADOT is monitoring a federal pilot program allowing tolling on existing interstates, and would consider submitting I 15 for tolling if a slot becomes available. Additional analysis could be conducted quickly if the project seemed viable. SONORAN PARKWAY City of Tucson and Pima County have a strong interest in exploring P3 options to accelerate this project. As ADOT moves forward on preliminary environmental work, the concept of using a P3 for delivery will be considered in the analysis, per FHWA rules and guidelines. THE "SPINE" (I-10/I-17 Improvements in Central Phx) Improvements are under study by MAG and ADOT and could ultimately be delivered as a P3.

5 ADOT BUILDING RENOVATION An assessment of possible P3 alternatives has been recently completed on renovating the building at 1739 W. Jackson. ADOT management is considering whether to move forward with more detailed cost analysis.
