Mr. David Schweizer, Mr. Tom Hauske and Mr. Ray Lee, PJM, responded to stakeholder questions regarding the RTO-Wide Black Start RFP process. Discussions included background, technical, financial and logistics surrounding the black start procurement process. Action Items 5.
