11 11 Thickener The right choice for Thickeners The Bonfiglioli thickener drive range is especially designed to meet the customer needs. Bonfiglioli offers the 300 series for single drive and multidrive with: Output hollow splined shaft FZ Output shaft with flange Output shaft with pinion Patented solution with integrated load cell. Torque limiter solution In addition to the standard configuration of external torque limiter installed between two planetary gears with torque arms, Bonfiglioli has developed a new special accessory (patent pending) for all applications where it is necessary to control the maximum torque. With an integrated torque limiter, customers can have a reliable, compact solution that enables the safe shut down of the motor, if necessary. Standard solution with external load cell.

12 12 Flotation Cell Reinforced output shaft The HDO Series, with a reinforced shaft, provides the right solution for all applications where the axial and radial force on the machine shaft are consistent with the flotation cell. The possibility to have the air inlet connection and the dry well solution with dedicated lubrication pipeline, ensures the best performance in a compact solution.
