We designed the training kits to be easy-to-use, fully equipped with input sockets and output indicators. The trainee can use the full potential features of the PLC even with real world sensors and actuators. 28 INDUSTRIAL FACEPLATES This solution represents a real innovation for solving the cronic problems of the membrane-switches faceplates, widely used as the standard Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) for many industrial machines. The problem arises after using the machine in the industrial environment for a long time, some switches gets defected and non-responsive. Due to the nature of the membraneswitches PCB which known to be non maintainable, This leads to a very bad situation for the machine operator he can not use the full range of machine functions, or simply, the machine stops working at all. We've developed the solution for these membrane faceplates and it's completely MAINTAINABLE, our clients does not need to order the machine faceplates every while from the machine manufacturer, because our replacement faceplate is completely maintainable and we can deliver the complete faceplate, the Switches parts or the Graphic overlay separately. We often supply some spare (Switches base) with every batch to our client. This approach has proved it's reliability and durability over a long time of operation.
