4 Offer validity Valid until October 31, Terms & conditions RATE: The rates include cost of comprehensive insurance in accordance with UAE laws and a replacement vehicle when the original vehicle is due for service or repair. The rate excludes fuel cost. PAYMENT: Credit card (mandatory) for advance rental payment and authorization every month. MILEAGE: Open mileage based on fair usage. INSURANCE: All vehicles are insured in accordance with UAE laws. In the event of an accident or damage to a hired vehicle, a police report must be obtained by the driver for insurance cover to be applicable. The hirer/driver will be liable to pay AED 750 (Excess Insurance Claim) if the accident/damage (windscreen damage included) is due to the fault of the driver or an unknown party and if CDW is not purchased by the hirer/driver. Insurance coverage does not apply if the hirer/driver is under the influence of alcohol OR if the hirer/driver, during the period of hire, sublets the vehicle with or without his/her consent. The hirer/driver is responsible for any loss or damage to his/her belongings kept in the vehicle, as there is no insurance coverage in this regard. It is not permitted to drive hired vehicles for off road ac activities or outside of the UAE. Tyre damages/punctures are not covered and will have to be borne by the hirer/driver. TRAFFIC FINES: The hirer/driver will be liable to pay all fines or other related costs incurred due to any traffic violations during the period of hire, irrespective of receipt of intimation being delayed from the respective authorities (fines reflected after the vehicle has been returned). A 10% service charge for settling traffic violations with the respective authority will be applicable. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE: Rental includes regular service and maintenance (call to book a service). SALIK: AED 5 per crossing of Salik toll gates will be charged to the hirer/driver upon receipt of intimation from the respective authorities. Incase the hired vehicle s Salik tag is damaged by the hirer/driver, a replacement charge of AED 50 will apply. DRIVING LICENSE: Persons driving the vehicle must be 25 years or older and should hold a driver s license valid for a minimum period of 6 months. It is mandatory for UAE nationals and residents to hold a valid UAE driver s license. Visitors should hold an international driver s license/permit and national driver s license issued by the county of origin. MANDATORY DOCUMENTS: Credit card (front portion copy imprint will be taken at time of vehicle delivery), copies of hirer/driver s passport including valid visa page for UAE residents and entry stamp page for visitors, UAE driver s license for residents and international driver s license/permit for visitors (visit visa holders). To reserve a vehicle, the cited documents must be sent via to all addresses mentioned below along with mention of preferred dates. Original documents must be presented by the hirer/driver upon request by Autorent personnel or respective authorities. The above rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams. Offer validity Valid until December 30, Terms & conditions INSURANCE: The vehicle will be comprehensively insured by Belhasa Car Rental LLC and will include unlimited Third Party Liability in respect of death and bodily injury in accordance with UAE laws. Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available upon request, which waives the renter s liability on accident, but only after submission of final police report along with relevant documents. MAINTENANCE & REPAIR: Manufacturer specified servicing is included in your rental plan. Servicing generally takes place every 5,000 kilometers and varies for certain vehicles. The Lessee will be responsible for daily preventive maintenance of the vehicle. ACCIDENTS: In the event of an accident, all Belhasa Car Rental LLC vehicles are insured against third party liability with respect to death or bodily injury. You are required to obtain a police report irrespective of damage severity. A standard excess charge of AED 1,000/- On Lease Contracts applies towards the cost of repairs for each claim. Should the cost of repair be less than standard excess charge, you will only be liable for actual costs, except where Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has been accepted and purchase by the hirer/driver. Damage as a result of mishandling such as tyre burst, glass breakage and engine damage is not covered by insurance. REPLACEMENT VEHICLE: When the hired vehicle is in for service or repairs, a replacement from a similar vehicle group may be provided if elected at the time of hire. 24 HOUR SUPPORT: Belhasa Car Rental LLC provides 24/7 support. In the event of an emergency, call: MILEAGE: The rates are based on a maximum mileage cap of 250/1,500/4,500 kilometers per day/week/month. Mileage exceeding the agreed amount is chargeable as per the quotation mentioned. *Note: all vehicles including 4x4 are designed for paved road use only. Desert off-road usage is not permitted and any such associated damage is chargeable in full. 6

7 DRIVER QUALIFICATION: a. Express consent from Belhasa Car Rental LLC. b. Driver must be 25 years of age or older and holds a one year & above valid UAE issued driving license. c. Additional Driver can be added subject to above described driver qualifications and will be charged at AED 100/- per month. d. Driving License: Kindly note for the users driving under the international license are requested to change their License immediately to local License on transferring the visa status to residence or Employment. Failing the same BCR takes no responsibility for the fines incurred or imposed by any Authority. If the license is not transferable other than the permitted countries users are requested to return the vehicle immediately. Failing so if any accident happens the insurance doesn t cover any such claim, user will be fully responsible for the charges incurred on the same to repair the vehicle. TRAFFIC VIOLATION & SALIK: Fines incurred as a result of traffic violations and other negligent penalties (as imposed by the police, RTA, or other Government authority) will be the hirer/drive s responsibility. Every traffic violation incurs the hirer/driver a service charge of AED 40 and knowledge fees of AED 20 for RTA, Salik toll tax will be charged billed as per actual RTA charges (AED 4 + Administration charge of AED 1) total charges of AED 5 will be billed per crossing. In case the vehicle is impounded by the government authorities, Belhasa Car Rental LLC will charge the rental amount till the vehicle is returned to Belhasa Car Rental LLC. Payment Terms: Credit card payment. Advance rental payment will be taken and preauthorization of equivalent rental amount also taken at the time of rental. Payments should be made through named bank cheques endorsed to BELHASA CAR RENTAL L.L.C. In case of Cash or Bank Transfers, kindly request for it from the contact person. RENTAL PAYMENTS: An open and signed imprint of the credit card will be kept as deposit for the rental. Pre-authorization of the rental amount + AED 1000/- will be taken as security deposit for any traffic fines/toll charges that may come after the rental. The said amount will be released after 30 working days if there are no charges. All rentals will be charged in advance. INSURANCE: In the event of an accident or any damage to the vehicle, a police report must be obtained for insurance coverage to be applicable. The hirer will be responsible for the excess Insurance charge of AED 1000/- if the accident / damage is due to the fault of the driver or unknown party except if the CDW is purchased by the hirer. REPLACEMENT VEHICLE: A replacement vehicle will be provided when the original vehicle is due for service or any repairs. Replacement vehicle will be the closest available from our daily fleet. Replacement for damaged vehicle will be given only when all the necessary documents are submitted.
