Box Detroit MI TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I am writing to notify you of the problems I am experiencing with my 2013 Cadillac ATS and to request that you correct this problem within thirty (30) days of your receipt of this letter. I purchased my vehicle from Bravo Cadillac El Paso Texas on or about December Approximately 4 Months after purchase I began having trouble with the vehicle accelerating from a stop. When I would start to accelerate from a stop light the vehicle would accelerate and throw us back in the seats. The vehicle would feel like it was "bucking/jerking" as it was accelerating. I would then apply the brake to get the vehicle to stop. On another occasion while driving the vehicle I had to come to a stop for a traffic control. The check engine light came on. I went to accelerate and the vehicle would not accelerate as normal. I again stopped and turned off the vehicle and restarted It. I went to accelerate again and the vehicle felt the same way. The vehicle then displayed engine over speed and it turned off the engine. I again stopped and turned off the vehicle. This time I opened the door to stop the aux power after turning off the ignition. I waited a few minutes and restarted the vehicle; it operated normally at this point. Also three different times I have had the power steering system warning turn on while I was driving and it stopped working Posing complete control of any steering. I took my vehicle back to the dealer for repairs on June ; July /2 2014; Sept ; Dec but to date the dealer has been unable to correct the problem. After each visit to the dealership the vehicle has a new problem when it is returned to us. The vehicle was taken in on December 19th for the touch screen on the CUE system not working at certain points on the screen. After this visit the third brake light stays illuminated not as if I am pressing the brake but as if the lights are turned on. I have checked the car several times after hours of sitting in the driveway and the light is still on. in addition to this tne passenger's side heated seat was not operating properly. i advised the dealership and they treated me like I was stupid asking if I pushed the button to turn it on. I took the vehide back in on December 29th because the CUE screen which was ordered came in. I was advised the heated seat was now working and they could not get the brake light to repeat. I showed them a video of the brake light on even though the car was off and they said that didn't count for anything. I took the vehicle home and found the back portion of the seat heated but the bottom of the seat did not heat. Also I found the touch screen if not working properly again and the third brake light is still staying illuminated.

6 On January 3"d I went to drive my vehicle and there was a warning which stated Stabilitrack malfunction. Also the check engine light was on. I drove the vehicle and it was down shifting hard. I pulled over and turned the vehicle off. I restarted the vehicle and the message and check engine light were still on. I took the vehicle to Autozone to have the check engine code read since it was after service hours at the dealership. The code rear cylinder 6 missfire. I will be brining the vehicle in tb see about having these new issues addressed. We feet these issues which we are having with this vehicle are way Co excessive and bringing the vehicle in for repairs constantly are causing an inconvenience on our lives. The lack of concern by the dealership and the fact they cannot fix the vehicle even when there is photo and video evidence of the issue is a reason for concern. I expect more from a luxury brand of vehicle. The only explanation I have received from the service person is the vehicle is produced so fast you do not take the time to work out the bugs before releasing it to the public for safe. The service manager stated the computers should give a code if something is wrong with the vehicle but the service records show they could not find an error code. To me this seems like they just look for an error code and don't actually test the item in question. I had called Cadillac customer service to advise them of the issues with the vehicle. I told them this car was a lemon due to multiple issues the lady on the phone responded by threatening me that Cadillac would no longer service nw vehicle if I chose to file under the lemon law. f do not feel I should be threatened if I am going to exercise my rights under the law. Attached are copies of the repair orders which document the dealership's attempt to repair my vehicle. This problem substantially impairs the use and value of my vehicle and creates a serious safety hazard. I expect you to REPURCHASE the vehicle pursuant to Chapter 2301 Subchapter M of the Texas Occupations Code Annotated.
