4 10/21/ : nY3 FFDEX OFFICE 1327 RAGC 01 October 20, 2014 To Whom it may concern: 1, Ronald Fieids, purchased a new Dodge Ram 3500, yin # from Mac Haik on July 15, purchased this vehicle to use in my business which consists of the pickup and delivery of various commodities during a specified time frame. To be successful in this business,1 must-rely on the-dependability and peffvf mance of my vehicle. Unfortunately, this vehicle has not been dependable nor has it performed as it should be expected considering it was purchased oew and 1 have been the only owner. have had this vehicle in the shop on six different occasions. The first two times it went to the shop, the truck was less than one year old. It has been for the exact same reason that this truck has been in the shop six times. Five times I have picked this truck up with the reassurance that the problem has been corrected. Currently the truck is in the shop, for the same problem, for the sixth time. have been more than patient, and have given the dealership ample time to get this problem resolved. Not only has it been a huge inconvenience for me to have to take this truck back and forth to the shop, but it has also become a financial hardship for me. The dealer has not been willing to provide me a loaner truck, and because of that, I have had to pay $ a week to rent a replacement vehicle for the time that my truck is in the shop. In addition to the rental of the truck, F have also lost money on two jobs that I was under because the truck broke down and had to be taken back for service.

I do not believe it is reasonable to expect me to continue to deal with this situation. It is not reasonable to expect me to continue to put my business in jeopardy, and to continue to rent a replacement vehicle while the dealership fails to make any resolution in this matter. I request a replacement for this vehicle as it has become obvious that the dealership is unable to put this vehicle in proper working order. I purchased this truck in good faith and it is in good faith that I request resolution of this matter. RonaPd Fields
