You may make copies of this page to address additional concerns. _ In January 2014 my clients purchased an Itasca Sunstar 35 B serial number 70E74R Class A motor home from Campers World in New Braunfels which was delivered in late February. _ The following is a list of warranty issues which have been addressed followed by a list of items pending: Description of one problem that CONTIN_UES TO EXIST: Repair Visits Date In Date Out Mileage : brivers seat did not swivel. missing nuts on sear cord Passenger seat foot rest did not come up: actuator out of adjustment Reading light on drivers side inoperable; short in WU 1(1 Sliding Door inoperable; sliding rail and wheels had fallen apart Bedroom slide seal loose and hanging out: reinstalled seal Ceiling air duct in master bath broke; screws stripped : Trim panel by bunks fell off; replaced trim with larger screws. Bedroom remote delivered with dead batteries; replaced batteries. Drivers side reading light not working; dash fight rheostat not set a max. Light above sofa does not work; broke light removing from socket, inserted new bulb : Sliding doors do not open; fix not listed; Drawer in bedroom under TV fell out; railing fell apart; Trap door under master bath sink, wood support came off; not secured properly, reattached wood brave; Master Bed broken; Struts broken, trim curled up and bent; replaced struts and trim. Passenger slide out will not retract completely; bed fell apart, rebuild bed frame : Sliding doors do not extend completely; not working as designed; Still working on drawer. r r14" 741 " - 2 "

Customer sent to Ford dealership for replacement Steps do not extend or retract; step brain box had no power. Part not available. Replaced brain by removing from new unit on lot (Paper work not initiated) Jacks not working; reset. Description of one problem that CONTINUES TO EXIST: Repair Visits Date In Date Out mileage Pending: Window shield wipers do no work; Trim work around master toilet coming off; Panel beside toilet broken; Observed hole in flooring for water not sealed; Shower not sealed at top all way around. Moisture from shower behind walls will cause mold to grow. Drawers and cabinets locks do not hold. On , Mrs. Gregg initiated lemon conversations with Camping World managers. She was referred to Itasca corporate. She spoke with Jake in customer service. He stated buy-backs had to be processed through distributor. Mrs. Gregg contacted Camping World about a buyback. Ms. Gregg was told this would have to be processed through the state Lemon Law and and they would no longer be able to perform work on unit until the issue was resolved. 1 4C :ev Al 14, t agt -to _I
