6 LUBRICATION SYSTEM Allfett Solutions has a vast range of automatic lubrication systems adapted to various environments. Centralized lubrication can apply to a wide range of applications. Allfett systems offers a maximal performance and flexibility. It is a versatile system which is personalized very easily to all applications. The ALLFETT lubrication system protects your equipment. Shortage of grease, heavy loads, dust and water prematurely wears out your moving parts of the machine. Our systems offer performance, reliability and efficiency.

7 LUBRICATION SYSTEM Technical characteristics Eccentric cam electric pump with piston (12VDC, 24VDC, 220VAC, 440VAC). Pressure ranging between 3000 to 6000 PSI. Use of a high consistence grease Calibrated to insure a perfect lubrication to all points. Modular system Control modular installed within the cabin to prevent weather damage. Reusable parts, easily available. The Allfett progressive lubrication system includes; Pump with one or many pumping elements. (The reservoir is available in many sizes) Electric card installed in the cabin away from the elements. Progressive distribu on valves already calibrated. Hoses and fi ngs which are easily re usable and available. Many other op ons to customize your system.

8 PEDESTRIAN DETECTION Blaxtair is an intelligent on board camera which helps to prevent collisions between construction machinery and pedestrians. Blaxtair detects any obstacle and recognizes if it is a pedestrian or not by analysing its shape. If there is imminent danger to a person it will alert the driver immediately. Blaxtair warns the operator only when it is necessary. 10 CAMERA SYSTEM BLAXTAIRview is a premium camera system improving safety around industrial vehicles. It supplies a precise vision of the environment to the driver. Blaxtairview provides a good situational awareness even in very low illumination environment by switching automatically to infrared when necessary. Compatible with Blaxtair system, Blaxtairview accepts up to 3 cameras and a Blaxtair together. All videos are displayed on the same monitor.

11 LASER GUIDANCE The Guidance Laser uses an ultra high visibility green laser to establish visual line control for your paint striping machine, gun carriage package, asphalt distributor, road widener, pavement profiler or virtually any application requiring vehicle line control. 13 RANGE LIMITING DEVICE The MEGA range limiting device is a safety device and assistance for equipment operators. With a continuous surveillance, the system limits the risk of the machine to come into contact with environmental obstacles (Electrical wires, walls, ceilings, etc.). The device eliminates human error which is responsible for many serious accidents and fatalities. Range limiting device can be installed on different application equipment: Standard excavator, Mini Excavator, Backhoe. ALLFETT Solutions propose you a MEGA 6000 series range limiting device which is reliable, compact and easily programmed. The MEGA system is conform to the security code for construction work for the CSST. For each new installation, an engineer letter is issued certifying the quality of the operating system on the machine. System offered: MEGA 6010: height limit. MEGA 6020: height and rotation limits. Different options: o Depth Indicator o Multi angle (up to 3)

14 WHEEL LOADER SCALE Time saving dynamic weighing (weighing takes place whilst loading). PFREUNDT weighing systems are intuitive and easy to operate, enabling the driver to concentrate on loading operations for greater efficiency and safety. System offered: WK 50 weighing The approved scale all features in one unit. The WK 50 weighing electronics are designed for easy and efficient on the spot weighing. The WK 50 features an extensive master data memory and interfaces for the exchange of weighing and master data with your control center. Data exchange can take place per GSM, radio or via memo box this makes the WK 50 an ideal solution for directly processing weighing data in your computer system.
