This next-generation, lower-cost pump package can be fitted with one of four reservoir sizes and easily adapts to many applications. P653S Pump Features Integrated pump supplies lubricant to a single line parallel lubrication system Pumps low- and high-viscosity greases including industry standard NLGI grade 2 grease Easily interfaces with telematics technology in today s heavy equipment Operating temperature range from -40 F to +158 F (-40 C to +70 C) VDC or 32 F to 122 F (0 C to 50 C) VAC* Neutral switch allows mobile equipment to remain idling with pump power on but the timer is deactivated allowing manual lubrication capability at the push of a button. 3 Full Integration of System Components and Accessories The P653S pump is easy to install. The pump's internal controller operates any system using Lincoln Centro-Matic grease injectors. The high output of the P653S supplies up to 35 SL-V or SL-1 injectors. The innovative design contains the pump, controller, vent valve and pressure switch or transducer conveniently in one unit. The P653S pump can be paired with any of Lincoln s Centro-Matic injectors which include: SLV, SLV-XL, SL-1, SL-32, SL-33, QSL Reservoir Available in Four Sizes 4, 8, 15, and 20 Liters Provides Versatility in Scheduling Refilling Service Intervals Available With or Without Follower (shown with follower) Reservoir Refill Port High-Volume Output Vent Valve Programmable Controller 120/220-AC or 24-DC Pump Flexible to Meet the Needs of Larger Applications An additional pressure switch or transducer can be added to the end of the system s supply line for larger applications requiring up to 75 of 1/4 supply line. Monitoring at both ends of a larger system ensures all injectors dispense during the lube event. RemoteLinc TM Satellite Communication Telematics technology in today s machines enables companies to remotely monitor their machines to help manage maintenance costs and protect their investments. All P653S pumps can easily interface with mobile independent telematics systems. The pump s built-in RemoteLinc signaling capabilities can be set to alert operators of low grease level and system faults.
