5 Modular Small Scale Refinery Our Scope - Basic Design/Process Licensing - Detail Design / Total Engineering for the Complex - Procurement Engineering - Project Management with PMMS - Field Engineering for Erection, Installation, Construction - Field Engineering for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning Modular Mini-Refineries Despite the generally poor returns from petroleum refinery investment, modular mini-refineries, from simple diesel production units to more sophisticated cracking refineries are increasingly becoming a flexible and cost-effective supply option for crude producers in remote regions. This is particularly where there is a need to adapt rapidly to meet local demand. Relatively low capital cost, speed and ease of construction are key advantages of a modular mini-refinery. Modules range from 4,000 bpd up to 30,000 bpd primary distillation capacity. Building a Modular Mini-Refinery Modular units are pre-fabricated in SWPG/USA Partner workshops and shipped to site for assembly. Quality and speed of construction are key advantages of this approach. The assembly period on site is just 16 weeks. The total project duration is expected to be months to complete facility operations including 16 weeks of assembly period on site.

6 Modular Heavy Crude Refinery We provide Modular Heavy Crude Refinery on EPC basis with feed of Heavy Crude Oil of API gravity. 12 Pipes SAW & ERW SAW Pipe & Tube (Submerged Arc Welded) - Roll Bending Pipe Roll Bending Method The SAW(Submerged Arc Welding) method is applied, in which welding is done by Arc, Roll bending steel pipe settles different pole in between the parent material and welding section, and it uses heat of arc resulting from the space in between for welding. Large-scaled thick wall and quality pipe are capable for production and is used not only in line pipe for conveying petroleum and natural gas, but also for common piping and structure. Spiral Method Spiral method makes possible to manufacture pipes with various outer diameters according to customer's demands since the welding part is spiral, which is utilized to manufacture pipes for water supply, basement of civil work, and steel pipe for construction principally. ERW Pipe & Tube (Electronic Resistance Welded) Electric resistance welding provides extensive uses in Manufacturing. - This method results outstanding welding properties, wide range of manufacturing capability, and high precision in size by performing self-welding without particular filter metal. - Quality stability and workability are excellent that it is easy to produce both thin and thick pipes and has a high productivity.

23 EPC Contractor Procurement Import Manufacturing Plants Crude Oil / Fuel Oil 280/380 CST Condensate / Petrochemical Products SWPG has been involved as a off-taker for exporting Crude Oil / Fuel Oil 280/380 CST / Condensate / Petrochemical Products to mainly Asian countries. For this purpose, SWPG has established PPEC (Pan Petroleum Energy Corporation) in Hong Kong which 100% owned by SWPG. SWPG/PPEC is involving several EPCF/EPDF projects in association with off-taking of those products.
