5 Generator and Motor Coolers Enerfin Generator and Motor Coolers (RAM) are manufactured and designed to ASME codes and TEMA standards as required. Our coolers with removable covers can be manufactured using a variety of materials. Each RAM type cooler is thermally custom designed to suit each specific requirement. The Enerfin RAM type coolers are the new standard for quality using heavy-duty side casings, water boxes and extruded aluminum fin tubes. 6 Hydrogen Coolers Enerfin Hydrogen Coolers (RHY) are designed and manufactured to precise tolerances, insuring a product that will match your Generator mating flange for a perfect drop-in fit. Enerfin Hydrogen Coolers (RHY) are designed and manufactured around our extruded aluminum fin tubing, giving you years of continuous reliable performance. Turbo generators; Synchronous condensers. Enerfin also offers complete re-conditioning of old coolers and reverse engineering where drawings are not available. Drain pans are available upon demand. Leak detector can also be offered depending on required performance and available cooler space. Liner tubes for the (RHY) coolers are available in admiralty brass, cupro-nickel, and stainless steel. 7 Integrated Systems Enerfin Integrated Systems are designed and manufactured to meet custom specific requirement. The systems vary from electrical to mechanical assemblies for power process and industrial applications. INTEGRATED SYSTEMS : Enerfin can provide engineering, fabrication, and procurement services on turn-key basis. Packages include heat exchangers, pumps, strainers, piping, valves, instrumentation and control panels providing a consistent single source responsibility. Enerfin Integrated Systems can be skid mounted and tested, or delivered loose with necessary parts identification for site erection. Electrical assemblies vary from a programmed control panels to AC and DC current distribution panel. We offer full electrical and mechanical engineering services to verify and satisfy your needs. 8 Industrial Coils MODEL : SCR-D Straight single tube pass with opposite end connections. Recommended for light duty applications. Available in one row and two rows. MODEL : SCR-NF (NON-FREEZE) Straight tubes using an internal distributor tube. Recommended for below freezing temperatures on the air side with a constant minimum steam pressure of 5 PSIG. MODEL : SCR-U Two rows two passes circuit with same end connection. Recommended for steam applications 15 PSIG or greater. MODEL : SCR-FLEX Single tube pass with opposite end connections. Recommended for a variety of pressures and temperatures which allows expansion of the tubes with rigid piping. Available in one row and two rows. 9 Transformer Oil Coolers Enerfin transformer oil coolers (RHT) are custom designed to each customer s requirement and we have three main styles to suit most applications. Enerfin OFAF (oil forced, air forced) type coolers are designed and manufactured using extruded aluminum fins. Cooler comes complete with motor and fan assembly mounted and wired in a fan cabinet. The OFWF (oil forced, water forced) type coolers are of the shell and tube design. This model can be manufactured using the leak detector design as an option. The ONWF (oil natural, water forced) type coolers are of the natural convection design. This model is manufactured using our extruded aluminum fin tubing within a shell to optimise the thermal performance. This model can be manufactured using the leak detector design as an option. 10 SHELL AND TUBE Heat Exchangers Enerfin Shell & Tube (S&T) heat exchangers are custom designed and manufactured to the latest edition of ASME Sect VIII Div. 1 and TEMA Standards to satisfy any requirements. U Stamp or CRN registration is offered upon request. Our state of the art performance software is used to optimize the dimensions. 11 Air Forced Coolers Enerfin Air Forced Coolers (RAF) are designed and manufactured with the latest engineering standards to satisfy any application in the power, petrochemical, refinery and industrial sectors. The air cooled heat exchangers are to the highest quality standards to meet any operating pressures and temperatures. The latest ASME and TEMA standard editions are used to comply with each customer requests. We use our extruded aluminum fins or other types to meet specified criterias. The air forced coolers are made with the induced of forced draft options. Industrial process; Refinery process; Thermal and mechanical designs for any pressure and temperature request; Petrochemical process; Turbo generators. 12 Bearing Oil Coolers Enerfin (RHP) bearing cooling coils are assembled as new equipment or replacement units to be installed in the most restricted areas in oil pots. For a reliable life expectancy, all the tube joints are either brazed or welded according to our approved ASME sect. IX procedures. Enerfin designs and manufactures a complete line of custom bearing oil coolers. Using our extruded aluminum fin tubing, our coolers (type RHP) will give you the maximum surface required for your application. We can offer various options to satisfy your request, ie; interior or exterior coolers with leak detector option. Enerfin electrical components include control panels, static exciters, instrumentation panels, neutral point cabinets, starter and variable speed panels for motor AC and DC. 14 Extruded Fin Tubes Enerfin fin tubes are formed in a cold rotary extrusion process, where continuous helical fins are radially extruded from a thick aluminium muff over a liner tube. The process of extrusion hardens the fins and prevents dissimilar metal contacts at the fin root. Compared to other products, fins do not break, unwind or become loose which affects greatly thermal efficiency. Enerfin offers a wide range of extruded fin tubes. Our standard liner tube O.D s are:.625 (15.87mm).75 (19.05mm).875 (22.22mm) 1 (25.4mm) Other sizes are available upon request. The fin height can vary from.25 (6.35mm) to.5625 (14.25mm) and come with 7, 9, or 11 fins per inch. Other fin heights are available upon request. Heat pipes; No galvanic corrosion at the base of the fins; Cooling units; Heating units. Strong rugged fins very easy to clean without bending them; Higher heat transfer performance for the life of the unit; Can ship cut to length and stripped at both ends; Enerfin can supply extruded fin tubes with or without liner in a variety of material.
