The composition of the Trayforma comply with the following stipulation European regulation EC No. 1935/2004 All substances used as raw materials for the paperboard are mentioned in following regulations FDA regulations, 21 CFR, parts April 1, 2007 Bfr XXXVI and XXXVI/II August, 2006 When the boards are coated with polyethylene terephthalate, by Stora Enso Oyj, the polyethylene terephthalate used comply with BfR XVII, Polyterephtalsäurediolester EU, Comission directives 2002/72/EC and its amendments. There are specific migration limits for terephtalic acid (7,5 mg/kg of food), isophthalic acid (5 mg/kg of food) and ethylene glycol plus diethylene glycol (30 mg/kg of food) When the boards are coated polyethylene terephthalate with white or black masterbatch, by Stora Enso Oyj, the masterbatch used comply with EU, Comission directives 2002/72/EC and its amendments. This certificate is valid until there is a significant change in the product, manufacturing process or legislation or maximum 2 years.
