2 Description Standardkessel s Condor Classic steam boiler is a pressurized boiler, three pass design with a completely wet back. It has been especially designed for the combustion of both liquid and gaseous fuels and it is supplied with the all accessories according to the currently norms for an automatic functioning. The Condor Classic fascinates for its simplicity and the maintenance does not request any dismounting. The steam boiler has been designed according to the most advanced techniques by highly qualified personnel in our factory. The tube plates are manually drilled at cold in order to maintain physical characteristics of the material. The construction is performed according to the European directive P.E.D. 97/23/CE with calculations code VSG rev. 95. All joints are accurately electric welded and are executed with manual/automatic process. Those weldings are also certified EN288/3. More over, the following non destructive controls are made with presence of a certified inspector: Ultrasonic test on the combustion chamber inspection hole X-rays on the crosses and weldings Penetrant liquid on the corner weldings The exchange area is particularly vast in order to maintain low specific thermal loads and high efficiency even during high rate continuously. The particular position of the smoke tubes around the fire room ensures a fair distribution of the smokes. The smoke tubes are internally smooth and free from any loose turbulator to facilitate easy maintenance ensuring also a constant high speed which avoids the soot residues, involving thus a constant efficiency. The steam boiler Condor Classic has been famous for over 40 years for its strong construction and long working life. Condor Classic are particular for: Oversized and totally wet exchange surface Low thermical load No turbulators Manual drilling on the smoke tube plates to maintain the physical characteristics Hole reaming on the smoke tube plates Expanding smoke tubes Perfect adaptability for the liquid and gaseous fuels High and constant thermal efficiency Easy maintenance.

3 Boiler versions STANDARD VERSION Steam boiler Condor Classic in standard version with 3 pass design. ECO VERSION Steam boiler Condor Classic with ECONOMIZER for the preheating of the water inlet. This version is supplied with a modulating regulation. PRE-HEATER VERSION Steam boiler Condor Classic with PREHEATER for the comburent air preheating. With this version the burner is supplied with a separate fan. STEAM HEATER VERSION Steam boiler Condor Classic with STEAM HEATER for the production of superheated steam. We can add to this version an ECONOMIZER or a PREHEATER.
