Revisions to main quote 24/2/2012 Fully modulating furnace pressure control controls and compensates for fluctuation in kiln pressure due to modulation of various control systems and additional thermal input from combustible volatiles, maintaining flow through furnace and afterburner to required level. Additional benefit of fuel economy through normal firing mode. Fully modulating furnace excess air system maintains excess air levels in furnace to optimum level promoting combustion of volatiles in furnace chamber thus saving fuel and reducing the load on the afterburner Fully modulating afterburner excess air system maintains excess air levels in afterburner to optimum level for complete oxidation of volatiles The above system with independent control and readout will fully integrate into the main system via plc and temperature programmer.all will have RS485 comms Installation and transport to include transport and crane to load and unload to include personnel, loggings and equipment SCOPE to deliver furnace move furnace to position erect, line and level furnace install and fix control panel complete site wiring between furnace and control panel
