1 CBP COMBIBOX CONCEPT DESCRIPTION OF VENTILATION MODULES The perfect match between dimensional criteria and air handling and acoustic performance. Configurations HORIZONTAL MOUNTING HH HV VH HHV HVH VERTICAL MOUNTING (Factory-configured on request) BD HD BHD APPLICATION Ventilation of premises requiring average and high flow rates. Can be used for air extraction or blowing. s Particularly suited where there are high sound and heat insulation requirements. RANGE Available in 6 sizes and 6 models, the CBP range covers flow rates from to 000 m 3 /h. CONSTRUCTION Structure in aluminium profile. Corners in reinforced polyamide. s Removable and interchangeable panels. RAL 03 pre-lacquered external face with protective film. High density 2 mm MO mineral wool insulation. Internal face in galvanized steel. s Access panel to internal components fitted with a safety latch. s Nuts crimped into the structure for floor/wall/ceiling fixing. s Unit fitted as standard with intake and outlet panels with circular connections and double lip seals. MOTOR FAN Impulse centrifugal turbine with double opening. IP class F motor with belt and pulley coupling and PTO thermal cutout. Drive pulley can be varied when stopped for motors up to. kw. s Motor-fan assembly mounted on chassis fitted with vibration mounts. s Motor on adjustable carriage providing rigid and reliable locking to ensure efficient tensioning of the belt. s Flexible connection from the fan to the air supply panel. BH BDH INSTALLATION s The CBP COMBIBOX CONCEPT range can be used fixed to the floor or vertically against a wall. The interchangeable panels allow for all possible installation configurations. s Can be installed internally or externally (rain cover). s Ground/wall fixing brackets as standard.
