All prospective purchasers are required to register on line.confirming that they are an invited representative of a Land Rover Franchised Retailer. All auction sales of used Land Rover motor vehicles are subject to BCA Conditions of Sale. All buyers are legally bound by special Conditions of Sale, it is important that prospective purchasers read them before bidding. All vehicles sold in this sale are sold on the condition that they are offered for retail by authorised Land Rover Retailers and that under no circumstances, unless specifically notified otherwise by JLR, are they to be offered or traded outside of the Land Rover Retailer network within 45 days of the auction date. If the vehicle is less than 3 years old from the date of first registration, any unexpired portion of the normal manufacturer s warranty scheme then remaining is transferred to the new owner, unless expressly stated by the auctioneer at the time of sale. Ex Engineering and left hand drive vehicles may not have been registered for Manufacturer s warranty. Date of first registration may not necessarily mean that the vehicle has been registered for warranty from this date, or registered for warranty at all. Jaguar Land Rover will confirm any ex Engineering or left hand drive vehicle where the date of registration does not represent the start of warranty cover. Odometer Readings the odometer reading on any vehicle offered at a Land Rover Closed Auction has been declared to the best of Jaguar Land Rover s knowledge V5C s will be available for these vehicles and will be posted out following collection/delivery of the vehicle. Ownership and legal title in the cars remains entirely with Jaguar Land Rover Ltd. until the successful buyer has paid the full purchase price in cleared funds to JLR.
