3 HISTORY The company was founded by VIDEOTON in 1962 for the production of parts for radios and TVs. From the end of the years 70th the production of military radios was determinative. After the changing of the regime, the company was privatized, which worked from 1992 to 1995 as KVATTRO Rt. From 1996 the name of the company, which is 100% Hungarian property, became Ajkai Elektronikai Gyártó és Szolgáltató Kft. From 1th October 2008 AE-Plasztik Kft. was divided from the Ajkai Elektronikai Kft. as a legal successor, where the main profile remained the production of plastic parts, electromechanical and mechanical assemblies. Since June 2016 our company is operating as AE-Plasztik Zrt, a closely held company owned by shares and managed by a board of directors. The change was initiated by owners decision and based on the company s continuous development and increase.

6 PROGRESSION, BUILDING Both production shops were renovated and modernized including their heating, windows replacement during the last 2 years. Main building was modernized last year with all windows and entrances replaced. Received new insulation and painting as well. Reception was modernized as well with gate and id system.
