If your classic is close but not quite finished, then it s time to get it done and get in the mix. What a year this is shaping up to be. I think everybody s had such a rough winter we re all chomping at the bit to get back to some fun in the sun with our classics. Well, we re here to help with that. We are on a neverending quest to accumulate as many exceptional pictures of these American classics doing what they do best.... looking cooler than every other car out there. Whether it s cruising down the coast, Route 66, desert, mountains, country road, the Tri-Five Nationals... all are great backdrops to painting the perfect picture to share on social media and perhaps even be used in Danchuk s materials. If you d like your classic showcased in a Danchuk newsletter, online or print advertising or maybe even our catalog, then share your photo(s) on social media using the hashtag #567saycheese, post on the Danchuk Facebook page (danchukusa) or send directly to us via to socialmedia@danchuk.com. For your car to be considered for the cover and/or feature story here are some guidelines. Photos need to be at least 300 DPI and preferably 8.5 x 11 in size. The best photos would have a scenic background with good lighting, minimal reflections and 3/4 angled that have not been cropped too tightly. Photos with some sky are helpful and photos that have some sort of action happening are usually the most captivating. Vintage photos or pics with people interacting, cruising, racing in their classic make for a more interesting photo than of a car alone in a driveway, garage or at a car show. They don t need to be perfect and guidelines are just suggestions. We can t guarantee we can utilize all photos, but we ll try.
