2 Market in Transition The ASEAN AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIER CONFERENCE will take place from 24 th - 25 th November, 2015 in Germany. It is one of the most important automotive industry expert gatherings in Europe. The ASEAN automotive market is recognized as having the highest potential for growth worldwide. Attracted by continuing market integration and harmonization under the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), international automobile manufacturers and numerous Tier 1 suppliers have already established production or are evaluating a local set-up. Tier 2 and 3 suppliers are yet to come, but this could change soon as their customers are becoming increasingly committed to the region and ASEAN economic importance is growing as the result of free trade agreements with countries including China, Japan, India and South Korea offering opportunities for medium-sized companies as well. Transparency and Networking There is therefore considerable interest in information concerning the development of the ASEAN automotive industry, strategic opportunities, the performance and structure of the local supplier industry, the market, automobile manufacturers and supplier s sourcing strategies and the establishment of sales offices or local production in the region. 7 Attendance The registration fee includes all seminar sessions, conference documentation, lunches, coffee breaks, and get-together with dinner: 1,190 EUR plus VAT (19% if applicable) when you register before 9 th October, ,280 EUR plus VAT (19% if applicable) for later registrations The full amount is payable following receipt of invoice. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 30 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 150 will be charged up to 14 days prior to the event.
